Top Vancouver Wellness Classes

These Standup Paddleboard Yoga classes take place in the Lower Mainland, currently in North Vancouver and Chilliwack*. In partnership with Waterfront Holistics, these classes offer a SUP rental as well as intro-level yoga that will challenge you on the board. Classes are run by Paddle Canada certified members and certified yoga instructors, and cater to all levels of experience, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Each session blends traditional yoga with the dynamic challenge of balancing on water, creating a holistic workout that strengthens both your body and mind.
