A port town at the mouth of the Yarra River, Williamstown brims with colonial and maritime history. Its heritage landmarks have endured more than 150 years on the salty edge of Hobsons Bay and Port Phillip Bay; the bluestone Old Morgue was built by convicts in 1859, while the 19th-century Timeball Tower at Point Gellibrand continues to keep time today.

Great Melbourne experience
The cruise was such a fun way to spend a few hours in Melbourne and to see the city from a different perspective. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and share a lot of Melbourne’s history and stories along the way. The boat is comfortable and spacious which makes the trip really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend to tourists and locals alike!

Nice clean ferry ride
We had a fairly good experience on the trip from melbourne to Williamstown. The small ferry was quite clean and the kids enjoyed watching the view from the back. We did a round trip, the ferry back from Williamstown to Melbourne was more than 30 mins late, which was a bit disappointing as we had other plans booked that we needed to attend to.

Leisurely ride along the Yarra
Good information from our captain on the Melbourne area and some history of the Yarra River. Liked hearing about various landmarks and industry of Melbourne and Williamstown (our destination). Boat was on time and arrived as expected.
