The History of Classic Remise Berlin

The building of the Classic Remise Berlin has a fascinating history; it was built between 1899 and 1901 by German Emperor Wilhelm II as Europe’s most extensive tram depot. It survived World War II, but when trams ceased operating in West Berlin in 1964, the site was used as a storage space, cinema, and art studios before becoming vacant. In 2003, it was restored to showcase its historical origins and became the ultimate hub for vintage car enthusiasts.
