The Red House has an octagonal entrance and main display hall, a connected cross-shaped building, a second-floor theater, and north and south squares. The venue hosts special events throughout the year, such as workshops, seminars, exhibitions, plays, dances, concerts, live performances, and a popular art and design market on the weekends.

The Red House Theater is located in the Ximending neighborhood, in Taipei’s Wanhua district. By MRT, take the Blue or Green line to Ximen Station (Exit 1). A number of buses also stop nearby, including bus nos. 18, 221, 232, 235, 257, 513, 621, 640, 663, 783, 797, 799, and 835. There are a number of paid parking lots nearby.
