Reseguiden var verkligen hjälpsam med att förklara historien om Taj Mahal och var mycket kunnig. Han hjälpte också till att navigera i de kaotiska linjerna/säkerhetskontrollerna. Vi gillade inte att vi i slutet togs till dessa "butiker" som inte fanns på resplanen och tydligt syftade till att lura turister. Det lämnade lite sur smak i en annars positiv upplevelse

Poor business model

Viator business model is low, charging a high price for a ticket and to book a guide. When that is done you tell the customer has to pay a seperate and high fee to the tour guide!

My guide knew his way around the site and gave a decent amount of background information on the construction of the mausoleum and other buildings on the grounds. The tour didn't last as long as I anticipated; also, I asked to see the Taj Mahal Museum and was told there wasn't much to see; when I asked if I should visit the Agra Fort, the guide pooh-poohed that idea. An average experience.

Thank you for your valuable feedback, but we want to clear few things before that as the maximum time to visit Taj Mahal is 3 hrs which is decided by the authorities and we cannot do anything in that case and if you wanted more time you could have bought another ticket for that. Secondly Taj Mahal museum is situated inside the Taj Mahal and just next to the Royal Gate of Taj Mahal and you have to go through it to enter the Taj Mahal and whatever suggestions the Tour Guide gave was his personal suggestion and if you really wanted to spend time at the museum , you should have asked him to do so. Thirdly you booked with our company for only Taj Mahal Entry Tickets which involves visit to only Taj Mahal not Agra Fort, and again if you asked for a suggestion from the tour guide then it was his personal opinion. Both the driver and the guide were very friendly and informative. The guide showed good knowledge of the subject and his ability to skip queues helped considerably.He also proved to be a good photographer.

Ticket sem fila pro Taj não vale a pena

Na verdade, ső valeu a pena comprar antecipado porque estavam me esperando na saída da lotada estação de trem de Agra (Agra Camtt a que fuca mais próxima do Taj Mahal). Ao chegar ao Taj, o rapaz da agência foi comprar o ticket de entrada (o guichê não tinha fila) enquanto eu esperava do mesmo jeito se eu tivesse de comprar. Não vale a pena esta cimpra antecipada.

Querida Mamãe, Obrigado pelo seu feedback e pelo bilhete que você reservou através deste passeio foi reservado para as 10:00, mas você chegou cedo e não sabíamos a que horas você visitaria o Taj Mahal. Foi o motivo pelo qual o bilhete não foi reservado com antecedência. o ingresso tem apenas 3 horas e, naquele dia, você teve sorte, não havia fila fora do Taj Mahal, que geralmente tem muita gente parada lá. Desculpe pelo inconveniente, se causado. Saudações Team MTT (ENGLISH RESPONSE) Dear Mam, Thank your for your feedback and the ticket which your booked through this tour was booked for 10:00 a.m. but you arrived early and we did not knew at what time you will be visiting Taj Mahal was the reason the ticket was not booked in advance as the ticket have only 3 hrs time limit and at that day you were lucky there was no queue outside the Taj Mahal which usually have a lot of people standing there.
