  • Om möjligt bör ballongflygningen alltid bokas för den första tillgängliga dagen i området för att möjliggöra ombokning vid dåligt väder.

  • Fysisk skicklighet är inte ett krav att njuta av ett ballongeventyr, men passagerarna måste kunna klättra upp och in i korgen (ca 1,2 meter i höjd) utan hjälp med korgfothålen och stå under flygets varaktighet.
  • Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regler och regler och Outback Ballooning policy hindrar oss från att flyga kvinnor som är över 12 veckor gravid. Graviditet måste informeras i förväg.
  • Sjuka och / eller senaste operationer som kan påverka personen eller andra personer på turnén måste meddelas till Outback Ballooning i förväg. Medicinering bör tas med på turnén.
  • Rekommenderas ej för resenärer med ryggproblem
  • Rekommenderas ej för gravida resenärer
  • Förpackningsuppgifterna i slutet av flygningen är frivilliga och vi uppskattar din hjälp i dessa roliga aktiviteter. Men de innebär viss upplyftning och deltagande är helt frivilligt. Passagerare som är mindre kapabla är inbjudna att stå tillbaka och ta bilder. Personer med medicinska tillstånd som deltar i ballongflygningen och packar upp aktiviteter gör det på egen risk.
  • Någon form av invaliditet måste diskuteras med Outback Ballooning innan du gör en bokning. Varje person behandlas individuellt.
  • Inga hjärtproblem eller övriga allvarliga medicinska tillstånd
  • De flesta resenärer kan delta
  • Flyg och transport av någon passagerare kommer att ske efter pilots eget gottfinnande.

Farewell to Alice

We’ve lived in Mparntwe for 2 years and did this as a last activity the weekend before leaving town- it was absolutely beautiful and would highly recommend the experience. Claudia and Duncan were also wonderful hosts? Very friendly and knowledgeable about the region, it’s history, and of course ballooning.

The weather was perfect the pilot was super nice and it was a great experience all around. The champagne hit hard on the empty stomach so make sure you eat breakfast xd

The lift up from the ground and landing was done superbly by our pilot Duncan. The commentary of the history of the land is very informative. The light refreshments was good at the end of the flight and we got to help fold and pack the balloon up. 30mins was definitely enough. We got to see some kangaroos in the wild.

Watching the team unpack the balloon and set it up as the dawn breaks. The beautiful flight over the outback, so peaceful with amazing views. Soft landing out in the outback. The traditional "Balloon Champagne" after the flight. Helping out in packing the balloon away.

We take many people who are scared of heights and the fear of the unknown but as you say it is so quiet, calm and serene in a balloon and you are too busy looking out at the amazing views that you forget about your fear. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed Donna. We definitely do not over crowd our balloons; the manufacturer specifies the maximum number and total weight allowed in each different size balloon which we strictly adhere to and on the morning that you flew with us the balloon capacity was 24 and that is the number of people that we flew. Balloon baskets are by design compact and people should be aware that as you are all standing, there is not going to be a lot of ‘personal’ space. Everyone in the basket is facing outwards so you do get to see an unobstructed view but at times you maybe looking at the view from where you have come from and not the view in front. The basket will rotate at different times throughout the flight but either way you still get to see our amazing desert landscape and skies awaken at dawn.

Beautiful morning. Excellent view of West McDonnell Ranges from 6000 feet. Professional staff. Wear warm and comfy clothes- we were invited to help pack up balloon, so got a little dusty.
