I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The tour guide "Jassi" was exceptional: he truly made this a memorable experience. I had mentioned to Jassi that I enjoyed photography and he truly went out of his way to ensure I had many unique photo opportunities. This tour and Jassi truly exceeded all expections.

Great overall tour

Decided to come visit Amritsar for the day so I went with this tour to see as much as I could in that time. I did have to pay an additional charge to be picked up from the airport instead of a hotel in Amritsar but the driver was right on time and made sure to drop me back off with enough time to catch my flight back. My tour guide for the day was Sandeep (Sunny) and he was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the different parts of Amritsar and able to answer any questions I had. Getting to experience the golden temple and wagah border are two memories I can cherish for a long time now. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested

This tour was amazing. My tour guide and her driver were very organized and punctual. She gave me a lot of interesting information about the Golden Temple and the Wagah Border Ceremony . I Highly recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting Amritsar.

Anil Sharma was my guide and he was super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable! The Golden Temple was a beautiful and spiritual experience and getting to visit the kitchens there and meet some of the volunteers and workers was a truly unexpected treat. Due to my flight schedule we were unable to do the border ceremony and instead visited other Hindu temples, had chai at a traditional tea shop and stopped by a local village. It was very authentic and I couldn’t recommend Anil enough!

Guide Anil and driver Kasturi Lal were courteous, considerate and very efficient. They arrived at my hotel on time and nothing was too much trouble. The visit to the Golden Temple, and the Wagah Border Ceremony were great Anil helped me to get an excellent view of the extraordinary border ceremony as the Indian Border Security force men and women and the Pakistani Rangers face each other down across the gates with fast marches, high kicks and aggressive gestures, while a cheer leader rouses the huge crowd into an excited, patriotic fervour. One of the most memorable days I've ever had - not to be missed.

The best part of the tour is Chander the guide he is a living walking encyclopaedia . It’s overpriced for the sites it offers . Dont opt if you don’t have VIP pass for the Attari Wagah ceremony . Lunch could be arranged in a better restaurant since it gives bad impression .

Please be aware, there are no VIP passes to the Wagah Border ceremony for tourists, unless one has a contact with Defense personnel, bureaucrats, or politicians. In Amritsar, we provide lunch at Kulcha Land. It is one of the most famous eat outs in Amritsar, which we feel offers a local experience for our guests. We are sorry to hear this may have affected your overall enjoyment of the tour but we are happy to hear you had a nice stay in India.

We had a fantastic tour in Amritsar. The Golden Temple surpassed all our expectations - such a relaxing place to walk around with a lovely atmosphere. It was great to be able to see the kitchens and how this is a real working temple. The lunch at the local Kulcha Land cafe was excellent and one of my best meals in India! The Wagah Border ceremony was brilliant a must see if you come to this area. I would like to thank our guide, Gaurav, who was so informative and professional. He really provided us with an interesting and local insight into the city and India as a whole. I would highly recommend this tour.

I had an awesome time in Amritsar. I had to do it very quickly since it was a day trip for me. Nevertheless it all worked out as per the itinerary. Brilliant tour guide as well!

Very good day. Indurdeep was a very friendly guy and easy to talk to. Golden Temple was incredible, pity we couldn't see the kitchens because of construction work. Indurdeep managed to get us on the transport from the entrance down to the seating area at the border which was a great boon in the heat. You have to walk back but it was much cooler by then. It was a fun experience to see and hear all the crowd there.

Truly enjoyed all that Amritsar had to offer. Had a wonderful experience with our guide. We even got a chance to visit with a small farmer who shared tea with us before going to the Wagah Border.

Amritsar is a great place to visit for anybody who is looking for a weekend getaway and would like to experience various aspects of Indian culture 1 religion - The Golden Temple, 2 history - Jallianwala Bagh, and 3 military at the Wagah Border. Great day out, but be careful to get there early to ensure you get in a good position to see at the Wagga Boarder Ceremony. The golden temple was the highlight, and particularly the kitchens where they serve food to worshippers. Food was OK but not stunning. Our guide was delightful, knowledgable and funny. A good day out !
