Rick our tour guide was great, fun and informative. We went all over and the stops on the itinerary were perfect. The only bummer was no drive to Hollywood sign or observatory. We’ll do again! Viator is the best.

Brooke was an absolute amazing host. I was travelling on my own whilst my boyfriend was working and wanted to see as much of LA as possible in a short amount of time and this tour was perfect. Brooke made me feel so comfortable and welcome, and it was so enjoyable being driven to all of the best spots in LA rather than trying to trek around myself! I highly recommend the tour :)

We had an amazing day with Tom as our guide! He was gracious, kind, thorough, prompt, and incredibly informative. We were pleasantly overwhelmed by the sites and sounds of the city of Los Angeles and would recommend this tour and Tom to anyone traveling to the area. Really loved that the music matched the places we were going! It was wonderful Highly recommend this tour to see the highlights around LA! Loved that we were picked up from our hotel in Anaheim too!!

Beverly hills. But the time spent there was too short. The beach time could have been shorter. The wash rooms were too far to get too. You all don’t cater for people with health issues, like bladder problems.

Wow. That must’ve been very uncomfortable. I can’t imagine how it would be to have to use the restroom as frequently as you must in order to leave a review like this. You being uncomfortable, and this review could’ve been avoided had you just communicated with me that day. Since I am old now, and I know what it’s like to need to use the restroom frequently, when we pick up first thing in the morning - the very first thing we talk about as the tour begins - is we explain how the Tour works and tell guests where bathrooms are along the way. We also count on our guests telling us if they have any special needs - which you did not. You may recall that day, our second stop at Staples Center. You asked if there was a restroom. I delayed everyone and drove you to the closest restroom. Our other guests were very kind and understanding, so there were no issues. You never mentioned a restroom after that. But that’s because I told you where they were at each stop. Just like I always do. That’s what made me surprised about your review. Also, suggesting we change our route or the amount of time guests are able to spend at different stops is silly here. You knew exactly what you were getting because you booked our tour. None of it should’ve been a surprise. If anyone is reading this and plans to tour with us, please let us know of any issues, and we will go out of our way to accommodate you. Whether it is issues with getting around, a spastic colon or bladder issues, if you are not comfortable, then we are not happy. At the same time, please offer an honest review of our service. For example, if we delay 9 other guests and go out of our way to take you to a restroom, please consider mentioning that, too. Communication is the key. Thankfully, thousands of other people have shared their positive comments about our service and their experience with us.

That was such a disappointment. Guests having to leave the tour because of an upset stomach is the worst. I guess I understand why we received four stars but, I’m not sure how the fact that you didn’t feel well reflects badly on us. At the same time, I’m grateful for you and hope you keep us in mind next time. Give us a text before and we’ll make sure that we can finish your tour out for you at no extra charge.

Great overview of the Hollywood area

Our driver did an excellent job! We enjoyed seeing all the sights and felt he was a great guide. We were able to see the stars on the strip, the Hollywood sign, 2 beach areas and 2 stadium areas. It was a lot of fun!

Tom was AWESOME! A great tour guide who was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor! This tour packs a lot in and by the time we were done, everyone on the tour took a nap while Tom guided us safely back to our hotels! Highly recommended!

There's a lot of neat and weird history in LA. Even the area of Sunset boulevard that used to be county and not city controlled which made for the perfect place for notorious gangsters of the 20's and 30's to set up shop (because there were no police in that area!) Thank you for taking our Grand Tour of LA and it's Beaches and thank you for sharing your experience here!

We really enjoyed this tour. We spent the entire day see all the sights. We stopped at all the sights that were on the website tour description and had a very knowledgeable and fun guide. Well worth the time and money.

There are other companies that use buses instead of vans (so there are a lot more people - up to 25 or more) and charge $138 dollars per person for the same tour. We feel that $89 for adults for about 9 hours is fair to us and, more importantly, to you. We may never get rich (in dollars) but we feel rich when we know we've provided a great tour and, just as importantly, we can all sleep at night knowing we've provided value and a great experience!

Tom did an excellent job! His music was even synced to our location! What a great guy and tour! So nice to be picked up at our hotel! He even texted when he was a little late due to traffic! Asked if we wanted to be dropped off at a different location after the tour. It is obvious that he goes above and beyond! He must have some awfully long days! He got a good tip from us! Well deserved!

This was such a great tour! The tour guide Brooke was amazing! So knowledgeable, social and very descriptive on best things to see do and most important - how to find a restroom (so important if you’ve ever been to NYC lol). I’d recommend this to anyone, the transport was comfortable, the sights were so cool. We got so many amazing photos and will remember this day forever. Plus it was our son’s birthday and they made him feel special. It was such a great day! I have to add that pick up was a breeze from our Anaheim hotel and we were notified of updates etc which just added such a level of customer service that was appreciated. Would book this company again and again!
