The boat ride was relaxing and the food was good. The music that was played should have been different genres. The music was loud and annoying! The people on the boat just sat there being bored. The DJ only played Antigua music 🙄 Get a new DJ!
Good snorkeling, large group

Tour is bigger than what you'd expect - about 150 people total on the same boat. The snorkeling part was great and lasted 45 minutes. For the price, I'd recommend booking it locally to get a cheaper option.
Snorkeling on this trip is not for beginners

This review is not about the experience itself, that was great. This is for the run around I got trying to get to the catamaran as o person NOT staying in a hotel. Lots of mixed messages which could have ruined my entire day. The snorkeling was not for beginners, a piece of information that should have been stated clearly before we started out. I personally was fine but a friend in my group was not. Please add this titbit to the description, I think it would be very helpful
Excellent tour but confusing pick-up details

My friends and I came to Antigua for a girls trip and we really enjoyed the Excellence Catamaran Tour! The food was great, the crew members were a lot of fun, and the stop at Green Island for snorkeling/swimming was fabulous! My only complaint was the logistics for arrival the morning of the tour - when I booked our tickets, I was given the option to select one of five or six resorts on the island as our pick-up point. We were lucky we clarified the pick-up details beforehand (finding out that we actually had to get ourselves to St. Johns to meet the tour in the morning, rather than being picked up at the resort I selected), otherwise we would have missed the tour entirely. More clarity during the booking process would have been appreciated.
A definite must when visiting Antigua!

Overall we had a good time, with the exception of one person who was quite un-pleasent. Other than him, I had a good time and my friends had a good time as well. Food was delicious.
Too stressful for vacation

the experience on the catamaran was good, the food and animation but the tour operator Nexus is super irresponsible 1. there was no way to communicate with them. 2. It was possible to cancel before 24 hours, after that time they told me that they would not pick me up at the hotel (the cost of that was $ 90 us extra from the cost of the tour and when we found out it was too late to cancel 3. They said that the tour started at 6.30 am this is on the web side the tour did not leave until 9.30 too much stress (I would look for another more responsible company to do a tour like this)
