Det här kan du vänta dig

Möt din guide och grupp vid antingen din önskade upphämtningsplats eller en av de två utsedda mötesplatserna. Du checkar sedan in på kryssningsterminalen i Bridgetown och går ombord på din båt som är avsedd för Carlisle Bay.

Vid ankomsten till viken tar du på dig din snorkelutrustning och dyker ner i det turkosa vattnet, som är hem för sex olika skeppsvrak. Du har fri tid att utforska vattnet och beundra det marina livet, allt från tropiska fiskar och sjöhästar till bläckfiskar.

Sedan kommer du tillbaka till båten för att torka av och koppla av under kryssningen tillbaka till terminalen.

Eh, would probably pick another glass bottom boat tour

The guides that got in the water were nice, but the guy driving the ship seemed rushed. It was already a short tour and we started late. We didn't even get our drink. Seeing the ship wreck was nice and saw some pretty fish and see turtles. Don't count on seeing anything from the glass bottom....there was a little square and you couldn't see anything through it.

Great experience despite the rude staff

This was my second time. Took some friends and family on this "tour". One of my girlfriends cannot swim and went through the appropriate steps for getting in the water. They gave her a ring but she drifted away and I was trying to get her back to the group but wasn't able to because of the current. One of the guys came over with a little girl in his arms and told me that he had her. I wasnt sure who he was since he had the little girl and hung on to the ring and asked if there was a rope my friends could hold on to (as I did the first time). He told me, "you just look after yourself". I told him I would but I need to know she's good. He repeated the same words a little more pronounced. I was not going to leave my friend since I didn't know his intentions especially with a toddler already in his arms, so I said no I want to get her back to the group. He said the same thing and I told him that's my sister and I wasn't going to leave becauee she's scared. He then told me I wasn't letting him answer my question and held up a rope out of the water attached to the ring that he was holding on to. I now realized he's a staff. And told him you could have told me that from the beginning and I won't have kept asking you about the rope and I let go of the floating ring my friend was in. He continued to tell me "you just need to do what I tell you" in an rude way and I answered rudely back that he should have let me know he was there to help. I didn't want to make more of a scene so I stayed away as he pushed my friend to the group that was sort of tied together. My friend got scared and went on the boat. But if I was with her she would have stayed in the water. He sppiled the experience because of his condescending behavior and power trip... His name is Mario and I do hope he does not treat someone else this way.

Great fun and well organised - would recommend. Friendly driver picked us up and took us to departure point. Boat took us out to snorkel point and we had plenty of time in the water.

Had the best time on this excursion. Was recommended by a friend & found it online much cheaper than my hotel was offering. Staff was super friendly & accommodating. They even allowed me to book last minute roundtrip transportation.

First time using Viator. Whole process was straightforward and simple. Was picked up on time and taken directly to Carlisle Bay. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The snorkel itself was great fun. My wife who isn’t the strongest swimmer; really felt safe and enjoyed the whole experience. Instructions were clear, equipment was excellent and the staff who snorkelled with you made sure you were safe at all times. They also respected the Turtles in their natural environment and we were not allowed too close to disturb them, but enjoy them in their environment. I’d definitely go again.

Being the family's first time, we couldn't have asked for a safer crew to have experienced the #barbadosturtleandshipwrecksnorkeladventure with. These guys made both my kids and even us adults felt safe enough to actually come off the boat and go into the depths of the ocean to have 100% experience though none of us can swim, or as Harry puts it..Float which is more important.. best crew thus far.

This was a great experience! We saw a turtle, so many beautiful fish and the shipwreck. The best part was the guys operating the boat were so kind, warm and helpful. They went out of their way to help anyone who couldn’t swim or felt uncomfortable to feel safe. They will tether you to them if necessary, have a floating ring. They completely took care of my mom who was nervous and doesn’t swim but they made sure she was ok in the water and got to experience seeing everything. They were wonderful!

Just 90 minutes and never left the bay. It was very laid back and we saw turtles right away. The crew was friendly and helpful! I went with my 12 year old son and we both really enjoyed it :)

My husband and I were a little apprehensive about the snorkeling but, with the life jackets on and the helpful advice from the crew, I felt safe and able to relax and enjoy the experience. I was amazed and delighted by all the fishes that we saw and the view of the shipwreck and we got to see a turtle, a starfish and some very big fish at the second stop. My husband was very nervous but If(?), the captain, was incredibly patient and encouraging and, by the end of the trip, my husband was relaxed and enjoying the experience as well. An unforgettable experience. Thank you so much ❤️

This was a fantastic experience.. I wasn't going to go under the water as I don't swim but the team were great, I was directed clearly how to use the snorkel and even though a fellow passenger had to help me blow up the life jacket, with the ring and my guide (who also had a float and a rope) I felt safe so much so that at stop two I completely relaxed! I had panicked briefly when I put my head down to see the turtle at the first stop but soon remembered what I'd been told about breathing Saw so many fish at the wreck .. I did try looking through the viewing panel but couldn't see anything but my daughter said she saw lots from where she was sitting Thank you again!! I was a lil wary when the waiver was 2 pages of small writing and you were in a queue to register so would have struggled to read it if you'd tried..the registration/meeting point at savvy is well set up and easy to see once you walk towards the beach.. I'm kind of glad we didn't pay the extra for the transfer as it would have cost as much again and do much less on local 'pick me up' cab.. After reading a slightly dodgy review just after I'd booked I was so reassured at home nice and calm everyone was, they did a good job to calm some anxious people and distract/amuse a couple of stressed kids

I was a bit disappointed with the size of the glass bottom viewing area, I was also disappointed with the crew smoking in the water, the pot smoking wasn’t necessary on this trip, it’s only an hour half long, the crew should be waiting until after the trip, not everyone wants to smell that stuff, then, a few of the crew members enjoyed a few of the young ladies a bit too much, we didn’t need an underwater sex show.

We had such a great time out on the boat snorkeling. Our snorkeling divers made it the experience it was. They were excited, fun and funny. Getting everyone involved to look at the turtles and fish. From the start with our transportation, Gram was great to talk with and Shaq who checked us in was so much fun! Such a great team!

We reserved the 1.5 hour excursion for 3 people. We sailed on the Tranquility. Here’s an overview: Communication: Excellent. After the booking was made, they sent clear instructions and an exact pickup time at our hotel Pickup: We purchased the transportation option. They picked us up at our hotel. The transport arrived right in time. The driver was extremely helpful and pleasant. He made sure to explain all the details re: post excursion pickup and return The excursion: Absolutely wonderful. Everything from boarding on the beach all the way to the return. The crew made sure everyone saw at least 1 turtle as well and ensuring the turtle was not frightened. The shipwreck snorkel was just as much fun. There were countless fish to see and the ship was shallow enough to really get a good look The crew: They made all the difference. Every single one of them was fantastic. They were careful and engaged. Wanted to make sure everyone was having a good time but also being safe. My wife cannot swim. One of the crew members decided to get in the water and stay with her. He taught her how to breathe through the snorkel and made sure she felt safe and saw the fish, turtles etc. He even swam back to the boat with her in tow. Absolutely outstanding. It’s important to note that everyone was given a life jacket. They gave my wife a life preserver along with the life jacket so that she felt comfortable in the water. We realized that many other companies didn’t even offer life jackets; they only gave out spaghettis. Overall: Don’t hesitate. It’s a wonderful excursion made even better by the great crew. If I could give them 6 stars, i would.
