What a great time it was riding the trails along the Deschutes River. The scenery was awesome. The electric assist on the bikes helped us to get up the hills. And Scott made the trip very safe and enjoyable. My wife and I have been thinking about getting electric bikes and now we are completely sold on the idea!
We also enjoyed experiencing the trip together with four other people. Scott worked with everyone in a way that made us all feel comfortable. He was very competent in the way he trained us and communicated with us. And he was also very friendly.
This was definitely worth the investment for us.

The ride was lovely, the host protective and supportive. But the bikes themselves simply ... sucked. Even the lowest power setting kicks in so aggressively that the first several starts are wobbly, too wobbly. And the ride was brutal. Shock absorption was nil, so each bump traveled straight to the spine. As the owner of my own ebike (from REI), I know that there are far better products out there. Considering the price charged, I think customers deserve better equipment.

Hi William, thanks very much for the review and I am truly sorry to hear that. I did a great deal of research and went with the #1 selling ebike line in the USA that had incredible reviews. In over 200 tours, nobody has ever shared your same concern. Please know that we take safety incredibly seriously and I had my bike mechanic look at all of our ebikes today. He found them all to be working perfectly fine. Thank you again for joining the tour and I am sorry that you weren't satisfied with the bike. I hope you have a great weekend....Scott

Scott was a great tour guide who thoroughly explained how to use the E-Bikes. He showed us all around Bend and checked on us during the tour to make sure we were comfortable! My husband and I went on this tour our first full day in Bend so we could get a taste of everything Bend has to offer. It was the perfect activity to start our vacation off so we could get familiar with the area! Thank you, Scott!

Scott was in touch and helpful a few days in advance. He was informative and helped us get familiar with the ebikes, since we hadn't used them before. He knew exactly where to lead us for some amazing views. We had a great time and would definitely do it again to see even more!
