Reseledaren var trevlig men konstigt att hon bara hade bott i Berlin en kort stund och inte var tysk. Maten var all street food och okej men inte minnesvärd. Har varit på mycket bättre matturer tidigare.

Utmärkt turné med Francesco genom historiska delar av Berlin medan du provar en mängd olika livsmedel. Från att prova och lära sig ursprunget till Donner/ Kebab och Currywurst till mer traditionella kött och ostar tillsammans med tyskt vin, detta är en utsökt och lärorik turné. Fantastiskt sätt att se och smaka Berlin

Francesco var en överlägsen reseguide för denna upplevelse. Jag skulle göra en privat rundtur den dagen men guiden blev strandsatt i Brasilien. Så i sista minuten bokade jag denna turné med vetskapen om att dessa typer av turer är fantastiska var att smaka på förhandsgranskade arenor. Och den här turnén gjorde susen. Francesco var engagerande, vänlig, informativ och gick utöver vad jag skulle förvänta mig. Utbudet av matställen var fantastiskt. Jag skulle aldrig ha smakat eller sett den här sidan av Berlin. Portionerna var rikliga, urvalen varierade och ställena gömda pärlor som jag annars skulle ha missat. Jag letade efter en rundtur som skulle ta mig bort från min komfortzon genom att välja restauranger och kasta många alternativ och varianter i väg för en fullständig upplevelse av Berlins kulinariska scen. Francesco gav oss både traditionell tysk erfarenhet plus den etniska smältdegeln. Jag kunde inte vara mer nöjd och jag rekommenderar starkt denna turné.

Daniel was our tour guide. He did an excellent job of sharing the history of Berlin and showing us around the city. We met some solo travelers as well as an adult family. The food and drinks were excellent!

Friendly and fun guide, food plan can be improved

Felix was very friendly and welcoming. Told us some things about Berlin history and made sure we are safe crossing streets. I think the food choices can be improved though. We finished the tour without even tasting their famous Schnitzel. Also i think most of us (esp men) felt the food quantity was barely enough if I have to compare it to my food tours in 7 other countries which were also slightly cheaper. But nevertheless, i suggest this is a must thing to do in Berlin :)

Overpriced for what you get

I liked the combo of walking and eating in the Mitte area. Our guide was nice and tried to keep it energetic with 3 solo strangers, but didn’t really seem to order ahead or reserve table space for us, so we wasted some time waiting for food or seating. In total, I ate half a kebab sandwich, a few slices of currywurst, a few pieces of donut, a square of rhubarb pastry, a shared plate of spaetzle, a piece of flatbread pizza, and half an IPA. The guide’s food and drink also comes out of your trip cost. If you go, bring your own hand sanitizer for shared plates / eating with your hands. This tour should cost no more than $75, was not worth $103.

Food fun and beer

Francesco was an absolutely incredible guide. Not only was it a great food tour, but we got some history and recommendations for the rest of our trip. He let me stop and grab a beer and even gave some strong suggestion. We had two types of currywurst, some pork nuckle, sour cherry strudel, donuts, and of course a kebap.
