First, I want to say I'm sorry you felt more was shared in Spanish than in English but I can assure you the same information shared in one language was shared in the other.
We offer our tours in English and Spanish therefore when we have travellers speaking both languages, the tour is in both. We try to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible as we know it can get tedious.
We also divide our travellers into two groups on the first location with two guides in order to get the full explanation in both languages at the same time.
As we have 3 videos to play on our tour for the 3 locations we visit, we alternate between Spanish and Enligsh. We play these videos mostly so everyone can see and watch the scenes and what they showed on the show so our travellers can compare between that and how the location actually looks like. We didn't feel the content of the clips were as important as we have already seen the show, but we will take it into account for future tours.
Finally, I remember I helped your party as a translator while at the restaurant on our hour of free time for lunch so you could order as they didn't speak English neither did they have the menu translated. It hurts a little to see this wasn't as appreciated as I thought.
