Graham was an excellent guide and shared his knowledge and experience of being a prison officer in this and other prisons. The tour was interesting and informative and my husband was very happy as it had been a surprise gift for Christmas. Would definitely recommend and visit again

The whole guided tour experience was excellent from start to finish, informative, respectful of the subject matter, interactive, entertaining, humourous. One of the best guided tours we’ve been on, in no small reason down to our wonderful guides (Mike and Paul) who were terrific.

We was allowed to walk around and look about b4 our tour. We met up with our group and Graham was our tour guide,we travelled from London and it was well worth it,Graham didn’t miss a thing,he was talking from experience as he worked in Shrewsbury b4 it closed..we recommend this tour to people interested in the history of the prison service b4 it all changed..once again we’ll done Graham you done brilliantly and made this tour worth while…5 stars to you…
