Amazing castles with a nice guide.

My mom and I had a privite tour! Our guide was Catalin, he was very kind a'd had a really nice and comfortable car. He is a safe driver what i find important since he drove us for quite some hours. He guided us to the entrance of all the castles and the fortress and explained what the options were at the different locations. He didn't give us a time limit so we could spend as long as we wanted at every point. Sometimes he would give us some little facts during the road and i really liked those small details! Fort Rosnov was closed for renovation so we could only see the outside of course the guide wasn't to blame for that. That' s the reason i gave 4 starts, otherwise it would have been 5! You should really book the tour, the experience is amazing!

La excursión se contrató en español. El guía que se presenta no habla español, le indico que hablo algo de inglés. A las 8 de la mañana nos indica que si no queremos que anulemos la excursión, pero solo teníamos ese día para poder realizarla. Pensando en que nos iba a explicar las excursión aunque fuera en inglés, nos encontramos que lo único que hace es llevarnos a los castillos y dejarnos en la puerta. Por tanto, lo único que nos han dado es un chofer para ir a las excursiones, sin ninguna explicación. Es más, la fortaleza de Rasnov lleva cerrada por obrar hace unos 3 años. No entiendo cómo ofrecen esa excursión. El resumen es que nos indicaron que se trataba una excursión distinguida como excelente y lo único que tenemos es un chofer y nada más, ni explicaciones ni nada más. Otros amigos que han realizado excursiones con otras empresas han tenido un servicio excelente, no el pésimo servicio ofrecido por su empresa. Desde luego no repeterimos jamás.

If you knew how to read the description, which is in English, you would have seen that the tour is in English. since the tour is in Spanish, I have suggested 3 times that I will close the trip and you will have the money refunded. You asked me nicely to take you on this trip and that you will be satisfied. Since you were picked up by the guide from a hotel on the outskirts of the city, you had a bad attitude even though I sent a private car for you and the guide tried to speak to you in Spanish as best he could and you received the rest of the information with the help of the translator. Your whole attitude during the trip was malicious. You stopped at Peleș for three and a half hours while other tourists finished the tour in one hour, the same at Bran for 3 hours and the visit is an hour and a half. Râșnov Citadel if you read the description you saw that the one you have is visited half free and why do you say it was closed if you were there and visited that place? You were on this trip with a comfortable Land Rover and you were safe and you received all the information at all the sights visited. You could have more respect for the good services you received. A review for you 1. and it's a shame that your friend is a good boy and he wanted to enjoy the trip and he really liked it. In the end, we are sorry that we did not refuse this trip so that you could stay at the hotel and not have stress during this trip
