What a strange review. After five years of giving tours, we have less than 1% of reviews with less than a five-star rating. In fact, we have over 850 5-star ratings across all the travel platforms. At the end of every tour, we make a statement to all guests that if they are not 100% satisfied they should contact the office for a full refund. You did not do this. But our guides are required to review every guest after every tour. You are the only guest in the last month to receive an unsatisfactory rating. A person in your group interrupted and was loud and attempted to become the center of attention. In a large group setting that cannot happen and our guides are trained to redirect or confront when a guest is not taking social cues. Not every person is cut out for a big group setting and it sounds like this was not an appropriate venue for you given that you enjoyed the stories and felt the experience was worth what you paid. You even recommend the tour to others but give it an unsatisfactory rating. Very contradictory review.
