Michael:
We gave you the explanation of what happened with the return transfer. We thought you understood...But seeing what you write, we are going to explain it again so that all the people who read this review understand how to proceed in an emergency.
The Ezeiza airport in Buenos Aires is one of the largest in South America. It has 3 terminals. Normally, Domestic flights land in Terminal C. That's where your driver was waiting for your flight. For reasons unknown to us, the flight landed at Terminal A (International flights). It is clearly an irregular situation, because a flight from Iguazu is not an international flight. The airport and the airline did not report this situation. The driver, after 15 minutes waiting at the Arrivals Hall and seeing that no one was exiting, contacted us. We wrote to you via WhatsApp, and you had already left the airport.
If you had CALLED us by PHONE, in less than 5 minutes you would have the driver at Terminal A.
Thanks.
