Beautiful experience from beginning to end with fantastic staff and tour guide. At the end of the tour when we opted to turn all the lights off it was magical.

Going inside the underground itself is a huge experience for us.and at the same time it was scary as well. We even had a fixed feelings that what if the cave collapsed and we were caught inside.Nevertheless,it’s so wonderful and I am definitely going to recommend to my friends.

Loved the expanse of the main chamber some 30metres high and while this is basically a dry cave, represents a frozen moment in time that took 500,000 years to reach. I’ve been to a number of caves but this is my fav. We love trees, so the stalagmites that look like Karri trees were a standout for us. This cave has a crazy density to some formations which to me hints of some areas of greater moisture than others during that building phase. Loved it all.

Some of the most memorable part of the tour was just how much better the tour was with our tour guide Josh. He really made the experience of Jewel Cave so much better. I really enjoyed how it didn’t sound so scripted which made it much more engaging.

Fantastic experience well worth going to. Tour guide Digby was excellent and very knowledgeable. Inside the cave was magical and so amazing to think this all occurred millions of years ago. Highly recommend this tour.

Great tour guide and commentary from start to finish, enough time to check out the cave and ask questions. Walkway had quite a few narrow stairs but worth it to see the rock and crystal formations, also see where the underground water used to be. One of the nicer caves we've visited.
