Ingenting! Inga hajar! Knappt någon fisk. Båten gick sönder och det var bedrövligt varmt varmt 🔥 väntade på att komma in i marinan. Över 400 dollar för 2 personer för en absolut hemsk tid! OCH DEN ENDA anledningen till att vi KOM TILL CABO VAR ATT SIMMA MED HAJAR! Vi kunde ha gått någon annanstans men vi plockade HÄR och inga hajar!

We apologize that you did not enjoy your time with us. Sharks are wild animals and the ocean changes everyday. The sharks we interact with are pelagic and always moving. We have sharks for the vast majority of our trips out but there are days that we may not have enough current, wind or sharks may have temporarily moved to another area. This is the ocean and do our best to provide a good experience when we have sharks and even the few days we don’t.

Som flera personer har nämnt tidigare verkar det ganska vanligt att se 0 hajar eller kanske 1 - 2 . Tyvärr såg vi inga hajar och därför var vi bara på den varma båten och puttrade. Turwebbplatsens hajdiagram uppgav att det fanns en stor chans att se skolar av silkeshajar under denna tid, men vi såg 0 . Istället fick vi en kupong för nästa dyk om vi ville åka igen, men det är fortfarande ganska mycket pengar att spendera, och har redan spenderat, samtidigt som vi kanske inte såg hajar andra gången. Dessutom skulle det ha varit ytterligare en halv dag borta av vår redan begränsade semestertid. Reseguiden var OK. Det var verkligen en besvikelse, men de säger till dig (och får dig att skriva på ett undantag) att du kanske inte ser några hajar, så de var åtminstone ärliga. Jag förstår att naturen är oförutsägbar, men en rabatt på den nuvarande biljetten hade varit bättre eller ökade strategier för att hitta hajar bättre.

Schools of Silkies can be seen in June and July, not August. It's possible to see silky sharks during these warm water months July-November as that is the prevalent species during this time. As many trips as we have, it would not be possible to have sharks every time out and we have never made the claim we could do that. We inform our guests during the booking process and again before boarding that sharks are not guaranteed. These are wild animals and the ocean is dynamic. We always do the best we can and if you enjoy going out on the water please join us! You can read here hundreds of positive reviews about the work we do and experience we provide. Unfortunately the guests that don't see sharks, shout the loudest and make a poor representation of the experience we provide. There are guests, like these here, that will try to hold hostage a review in order to get what they want. If companies don't comply we receive the bad review such as in this example. Unfortunately this is how our world works.

Thank you Kenna for the review. It is posted on our website as well as one of the conditions checked before making a reservation. We then repeat for the third time this information in the form of a waiver and on these rare occasions a guest is still surprised. We always have a "plan B" if sharks are not panning out that day, however, some guests don't want to go to a snorkel site and really want the best chances for sharks. We do our best to accommodate that and in this case it sounds like we stayed out an extra hour to give our guests that extra chance. We are transparent that sharks do not show up 100% of the time- read the reviews here, read the website, read the booking info before booking and ask questions if you have any concerns before joining us. Our crew always do our very best with or without sharks and we can have some great interactions with lots of ocean wildlife and still have a great trip.

This is a great adventure in [idea] but i think its solely about timing. My wife and I went in the afternoon/evening and there wasn't much to see. The staff and crew were very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see any sharks, we did manage to spot a sperm whale but were not able to get close enough to see in person. The waters got a bit rough in the afternoon and I would imagine the sharks would be more active either in the evenings closer to dark or early in the mornings when the seas are calmer. Calmer water works for everyone. If you suffer from motion sickness, get the pills before hand.

Thank you for your review. As a rule the afternoons have more wind than the mornings on the ocean. This is not always a bad thing as when attracting sharks you need some wind or current to cover lots of ground in order to increase your chances for sharks. In fact, we have about equal chances to having sharks in the morning in comparison to the afternoon trips. Regardless, if a guest is motion sickness prone then I always recommend the mornings and to take seasickness meds. We can't state this enough as we still have guests arriving unprepared despite our recommendations in the pre trip info.
Our crew will always give their best effort to provide a great experience on the water.

No sharks stayed in one spot 9am-12pm. We learned most times they only see 1-3 sharks if they are lucky. You hold on to a rope and if there are waves and if it’s a full boat like ours you’re seeing more flippers and backs of heads running into each other. We were given a 1/2 off voucher to come back. We won’t be going back.

Your review is not accurate as this day we did see hammerheads from the surface, unfortunately they did not stay long enough for us to get in the water. It's not true your comment about how many sharks we see. As you can see from our many photos and videos we can see much more than that. Regardless, the quality of the interaction is much more important than the quantity of sharks. All sharks are not the same and various species behave differently. We get different species of sharks through the year. It's also not true about having a full boat and not having enough space in the water. First, we have a safety line attached to the boat for guests to hold to at the beginning of the interaction. Everyone faces the same direction because the action always happens where the bait is. Guests are instructed to face all the same direction and to keep awareness about where the sharks are at all times. There is no running into each other unless someone is very inexperienced in the water and does not have the coordination to maintain a flat posture in the water. Our reason for starting on a safety line ensures the sharks get used to our presence and allows guests to get comfortable in the water. After a time when we see that the sharks and guests are acclimated and the conditions allow, we are able to swim around freely.
If we do not have sharks in the water for our guests to interact with, it is our company policy to provide a 50% off voucher to join us again. This is our guarantee to our guests that even in the event we don't have sharks, we will do our best again.
To this guest- Sorry that you have decided not to join us again but if you change your mind we will be here ready to do our best.

We had a wonderful experience. There were several things that changed (weather, other groups rescheduling, etc) and this company was so accommodating to make sure my husband and I could go out. Everyone was very knowledgeable and I felt very safe the entire time. Safety is their number one priority and they went through great lengths to educate us about how to interact with the sharks and each other. I will say, Dramamine is a must especially if on a smaller boat. We were able to see three hammerheads, but unfortunately they didn’t stick around long enough for us to get in the water to swim. That’s the risk with Mother Nature, and I think people should realize that going in! The crew did everything they could, and we really appreciated all that we learned and how hard they worked to ensure we had a great time. Nonetheless, a fabulous excursion and we will most definitely be back next year to give it another shot.

Sometimes the hammerheads are shy but I'm happy to hear that the crew did a good job in trying to give you the opportunities possible. My husband and I learned a lot about the sharks and felt safe going in the water. We were within five feet of a mako shark. Pepe was a great guide and you can tell he loves what he does. He took photos during the excursion and shared them with the group which was a GREAT bonus!
Made friends on the way back with the pelicans and sea lions.

We are so happy that you were able to join us and had a great interaction with a mako. Makos are an endangered species and we are very lucky to be able to observe and interact with them in their natural environment. We also see our role as ambassadors for these beautiful animals and we do our best to teach our guests a little bit about shark biology, shark conservation and shark behavior. We are happy you enjoyed that. Hope you can join us again to see perhaps another species of shark next time!

This was a horrible experience. There was not enough seating on the boat, the area was not prepared. There was not enough time, and we didn’t even get into the water. Do not recommend!

Obviously we cringe when we hear that a guest was not satisfied with their experience with us. Our tours are geared to people that love the ocean and want to learn more about it as well as have encounters with sharks. We do our absolute best every time out as you can read the hundreds of positive compliments to our crew, even when we don't have sharks. To this guest: we are sorry you had a negative experience and we offered a chance to join us again for free. However, some guests do not come prepared and this can affect their own experience. This guest chose not to take seasickness medication and got seasick. We can only make suggestions to our guests to come prepared. Unfortunately this guest did not and in the end did not enjoy his time on the boat. Despite the review, it is out hope that our future guests will be able to read through reviews like these and see them for what they are.
