Vi bokade online och när vi kom till upphämtningsstället var ingen där. Vi ringde numret till viator, bara för att höra att kvinnan var för upptagen och aldrig bokade oss. Jag blev aldrig meddelad men fick jag ett bekräftelsenummer. Hemskt och opålitligt

Vackert men SUPER sent

Det var en vacker rundtur MEN jag var upprörd över att de kom 2 1/2 timmar senare än vad som mejlades till mig och jag fick inte reda på det förrän jag redan väntade i lobbyn klockan 7 och ingen bil fanns där. Sedan var jag tvungen att ringa för att få reda på vad som pågick och det var då de sa till mig att de inte skulle vara där förrän 9:45, vilket var tråkigt eftersom vi hade gått upp supertidigt och sett till att gå och lägga oss tidigt för att har energi till det. Utflykten sa också att det varade 8 - 10 timmar och i verkligheten varade det bara 6 timmar och eftersom de var försenade kände jag mig rusad genom Tulum-ruinerna och de är så vackra att jag blev ledsen att jag var tvungen att titta på den i en hast. Det var ganska nedslående men det vi såg var vackert, önskar bara att jag hade mer tid att se allt.

Jag bokade den här utflykten ungefär en vecka innan min resa, men inte tillräckligt många bokade samma, så jag fick en gratis uppgradering - det var fantastiskt! Uppgraderingen inkluderade allt i detta tjänsteerbjudande, plus ett besök på en arkeologisk plats i Coba och en gratis lunch. Min reseguide var Alan och föraren var Augustin. REKOMMENDERAR DESSA TVÅ! Alan var väldigt snäll, rolig, uppmärksam och oroad över allas säkerhet hela tiden. Jag reste ensam på denna resa och hade en fantastisk tid på denna utflykt. Alan var mycket kunnig om alla platser vi besökte, och lärde oss mycket fakta om Mexiko och Mayacivilisationen som en gång levde på dessa länder. Jag gick i slutet av augusti, så värmen var fräck men att svalna i cenoterna var otroligt! Sammantaget en mycket vacker upplevelse. 10/10 skulle rekommendera!

Bra rundtur men informationen bör vara mer detaljerad och organiserad

Sammantaget en bra turné. Men informationen från Viator och reseguiden kan vara mer detaljerad. Mötestiden var förvirrande eftersom jag fick 8:30 tiden dagen innan vår turné; men i förra mejlet fick jag 6:30. Jag måste dubbelkolla med Viator och svaret är långsamt.

Wonderdul Sat Mexico is very reliable company They show up on tine they have whatsapp number and application so you can see the plans. Autobuses had chargers and a.c and were very conftorable! They charge extra 20 usd ir 350 pesos for fees entrances to cenotes and Tulum

Sat tour is the worst tour agency in cancun for this tour. They changed tour itinerary from 8 hours to 12 hrs with no prior notification. When we asked for refund, they did not provide refund and forced us to take this tour. We missed other plans in cancun because of sat tour

Our guide was excellent! The cenote swim was cool! There is an additional 2 hours in Playa del Carmen that is included and not mentioned before getting on the bus. We had VERY poor communication regarding the pick up place and time but trip made up for it.

Do not buy this tour! SAT is terrible!

DO NOT BUY from this tour agent!! We were waiting in front of Forever 21 (I love playa souvenir) playa del Carmen 7:40am in the morning, and waited there for 40mins. By 8:10am no one show up, we contacted the tour company SAT at same time, finally around 8:20am SAT agent replied our WeChat message, and told us that the pick up point was changed to 2 blocks away from Original pick up point. The pick up was operated by 3 party company, and they didn’t sent any email nor notification to us. We contacted Viator to process refund, and Viator should eliminate this travel agent to protect their reputation.

got a call the night before the trip - that the tour will be cancelled- a reschule wasn’t possible coz i was just two days there. people shouldn’t offer tours when the are not planing to run it.
