we take the utmost care of the quality of our service but, as it happens with all, sometimes there are people who do not appreciate certain parts of the tour, in this case we see that you were not interested in the cultural part and we are sorry that this part was boring, we will take it into account to improve. We consider that we have to satisfy all types of clients, being groups of people who do not know the destination we think it is important to explain them where they are, its history and a little bit of culture. We combine it with stops in tapas bars to taste our gastronomy and at all times we respect the rhythms and do not make groups of more than 15 people when possible, This day there were 2 cruises in Cartagena, everything was full of people and we have to adapt to it, as it happens in all destinations. I am sorry you were not satisfied, we will always try to see how to do it better. Our guide has been working in English for more than 20 years and has had the best reviews, if you did not like her accent we are sorry, she is Spanish and not a native English speaker. If you wanted a private tour you could have asked for it and we would have served you with no problem, what we can not do is to ask a whole group to adapt to your liking because another company has canceled your private tour.
