It is unfortunate you had this experience. As our cancellation policy clearly states:
"We reserve the right to cancel a booking when we do not reach the minimum number of participants required. Customers are notified up to 2 days in advance if the tour will be canceled due to this reason. If we fail to inform the customer by this timeframe, we will gladly proceed to operate the tour regardless of the number of participants".
In this case, since you booked at 3 AM the same day, we were not able to see this on time to inform you since we open our store at 8 AM. We reached out to your several times to inform you of the cancellation, however, we did not receive a response from you.
