We had a wonderful experience! Christian and Chris were very informative and went out of their way to make sure we were all comfortable and knew what to expect. They worked with other boats to make sure we saw manatees and knew how to safely observe them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

It was amazing. Great captain & Tour Diver. We had an early start with overcast and a big storm coming in and still had a great time and got out before bad weather. I can not express what a wonderful time we had due to a wonderfully team of professionals. Highly recommend‼️

Better than expected. I would give this review 10 stars if I could. Our tour guide and boat captain were absolutely amazing. I am already planning my next visit with them. Swimming with Manatees is a MUST do!

The guides are excellent. A really fun trip. Easy to spot manatees from the boat. But once in the water disappointing. Water was extremely murky and it was difficult to see the manatee except when one is right next to one.

Missing Manatees

The early morning boat ride was nice. Our captain Tyler and guide Miranda were great. However, we were told after embarking on the trip that it would be difficult to find any manatees because: 1. the water was murky and 2. since the gulf water had warmed up, the manatess have mostly left the springs. I feel this information should have been revealed to us BEFORE the trip so we could decide if we wanted to go or not. We barely saw snouts poking out of the water and found 2 manatees at the very end of the trip...which we were rushed in the water and also had 3 other boats arguing who had the right to be in the water. Although the ride was nice, it was not as advertised or worth the cost.

The entire experience was fantastic! Ava, our guide, was determined we would see manatees and she delivered! We even saw a mom and calf. Floating in the crystal clear water watching these amazing creatures was almost surreal.

We had a fabulous tour guide Ava. She was so patient will all on our tour. She was full of knowledge about the Manatees and took fabulous pictures for a memorable manatee experience. Our boat Captain, Chris was fantastic too! Super friendly and helpful and a great Captain of the ship! I highly reccomend this tour to all!!

Our tour guides/boat Captain were Tofer, Mike and Rick. They were hospitalized, approachable and made the whole tour so much fun. They made sure to point out various wild life and vegetation. Tofer is very good at his job. He made sure he found Manatees and pointed them out to us to observe. It was awesome seeing the Manatees in their natural habitat. And, he took some awesome pictures. After we swam and got back in the boat, we were offered hot chocolate to help warm us up. I would definitely go back again. Thank you for such a memorable experience.

Captain Tommy B and Eva were the Best! Friendly, helpful, understanding, and persistent in hunting down the manatees. I was most impressed with Crew Member Eva who calmed my terrified but determined friend and taught her how to snorkel! I appreciated Captain Tommy B’s familiarity with the Crystal River area and his extensive knowledge of manatees.

Our tour guides were great! They did an excellent job of explaining things and keeping it lively! The water was a nice temperature and the wetsuits did their jobs well! I really like that they had pool noodles to float with!

While I had a most amazing experience during my swim, I give it a 4 out of 5 due to one gentleman on our tour that caused issue with safety of swimmers around him and the fact that he was scaring off manatee and creating poor visibility because of his standing up chaotic behaviour in the water. It caused great stress to 3 of my party and they went back to the boat...missing out on time in the water with the manatee. Fortunately for me I was able to swim/get away from that man during my time with the manatee, so my experience was absolutely awesome!! So many of them, and baby manatee too. One young one interacted with me and it was absolutely beautiful and will be a highlight of my life forever. 🙏♥️
