The transfer with kids is always tricky but the comfortable vehicle made the transfer easier for them to handle. A two hour drive seemed to go quicker than expected. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and I would definitely recommend this transfer company again.

We'd pre-booked a Hotel to Fiji Airport private car, based upon the recommendation of a family member. The car didnt turn up and, following numerous phone calls, another was assigned. Thankfully our timeframe wasn't overly tight as we'd allowed plenty of time to get there. The driver who did get us was incredibly apologetic and friendly, getting us to the Airport safely. We received an apologetic SMS from the private car owner, which we accepted, then to our great surprise, an email came through notifying us of a full refund, which was NOT requested by us, nor did we jump up and down whinging and whining, given the circumstances. Would we use them again ? Absolutely. These guys know how to put their hand up, admit an error, then fix it, quickly.

Free wifi on the journey back to the Airport, smooth ride and the driver waiting was early with no delays. Highly recommend this service.

Need up paying extra because a bag was left in the van and the driver had to return it. Not sure whether the driver didn’t unload the bag or we left it in there but it was an extra cost that we didn’t expect.

Driver was early and waiting at our hotel entrance. Ride was fast to the airport and he even sent me an email to ask if there’s any time changes to get picked up. I would highly recommend this service for airport

Transportation arrived early. Driver was very polite and the vehicle was modern and clean. He played some cracking tunes en route to the airport.

The driver said a total of six words to us the entire trip. He said my name on pickup Once in the car he said "going to the airport" Not another word The radio was playing loudly(even songs with explicit language, very inapporopriate) He was stopped by a stop sign at road works and didnt understand the direction of the worker on the road to stop and continued onto the wrong side of the road, when my husband said 'mate you cant go through here, you have to stop". The road worker on the road was waiving his hands at him. He responded with silence. Once at the airport my husband said thankyou to him and he just glared at us. Never been treated with such rudness in our lives.

Our driver arrived 30 mins before our booking time, which was ok but it seemed like he wanted to leave straight away while we wanted to wait a bit longer at the hotel because our flight home was not for another 6 hours. He wasn't rude, but not very friendly either. He was a bit rough with our bags and did not go out of his way to help us out. The car was clean, comfrotable and good air conditioning. The ride to the airport was safe and uneventful, but I would not hope to get him as a driver again.
