Jag kan inte ge några minnesvärda fotografier eller upplevelser eftersom vår "sista - dag - på - vår - smekmånad - upphetsad - att - göra - det - segling - upplevelse" aldrig ägde rum. Efter att ha betalat/debiterat hela kostnaden för min fru och mig själv, försökte vi vid flera tillfällen kontakta "Researrangören" (per telefon, WhatsApp och via Viator) för att begära hämtning eller för att bekräfta mötesplatsen. Jag angav mitt telefonnummer, e-postadress och telefonnummer och adress för vår lägenhet i Dubrovnik men jag fick NOLL svar. Vår värd i Dubrovnik försökte också vid flera tillfällen nå researrangören genom att ringa från ett lokalt nummer. En kundtjänstrepresentant från Viator försökte också ringa researrangören. Inget av våra samtal besvarades. Efter att den planerade avgångstiden passerat gav jag till slut upp och bad Viator-representanten att behandla min begäran om full återbetalning. Deras kundtjänstrepresentant sa till mig att de kommer att "undersöka" och svara inom 7 dagar. Jag har aldrig lagt upp ett klagomål eftersom mina reservationer brukar fungera, men det här var bara platt - RUDE att inte ge något som helst svar. Det finns många kryssnings- och seglingsalternativ i Dubrovnik. Vi läste recensionerna och tyckte att den här såg bra ut. Vi åker hem med underbara minnen från Kroatien, men inga från att segla på Adriatiska havet.

Dubo var mycket tillmötesgående och hjälpte till när vi var vilse. Dagen var fantastisk och han tillgodoses allt vi ville göra. Han var riktigt bra att chatta också och mycket kunnig om området. Om du vill besöka Elaphiti-öarna är detta ett mycket minnesvärt och engagerande sätt.

We had a wonderful day sailing with Dubo. He picked us up promptly at our hotel. He gave us all the time we wanted at each stop and had a beautiful table reserved for our delicious lunch. I highly recommend this day of sailing.

It was my best experience of my stay in Dubrovnik. Our skipper/captain, Dubo, picked us up from the old city. He was very nice and took us to 3 beautiful islands and had a great swim.

Not worth the price

The boat was not what we expected, for the price. Despite being old, it could have other comforts. like some pillow or something to relax. Inside it was dirty and untidy. When we got back we had to wait for him to clean the boat. Duvo was kind, but still had strange manners. I would not recommend it.

Dear Ivan, I am really sorry that the boat did not met your expectations. But as you could read in description it is written that this is not luxuary boat trip, rather it's active sailing experience with small group. So, if you wanted to be on a crowded yacht with lot of people than this experience is not for you. Advise for all other guests, please read all the description before making a booking. As we are fully booked all day long, we need to clean the boat and prepare it for other guests.

Even though the sail itself was pleasant, I couldn't stand the organization. The Viator's brochure specifically offered a ride to the boat dock area for 15 euros. I attempted unsuccessfully to get in touch with the skipper on a day before the sail. At 8:30 pm the skipper finally sent me a message that he is looking forward to the sail tomorrow. When I asked him about the ride, he told me that his car is already full. I spent $45 each way on taxi. During the sail we stopped for lunch at the restaurant that was supposed to accept credit cards, but in reality, it didn't. I had to spend extra 30 euros in fees for rip-off ATM machine by the restaurant to get 100 euros of cash. The boat itself is rather small 10 meters long, 30 years old, not well kept, with just enough basics to get through the day of sailing. It wasn't big enough for 7 people to sit comfortably on the deck. The skipper Dubo is a good sailor, but he wasn't as accommodating as I've experienced elsewhere in Croatia. Bottom line, the places we visited were fantastic. I personally would have enjoyed better another boat and another skipper.

Dear Gregor, thank you for your observation. We work hard to provide best possible sailing experience and as you can see in other reviews we are quite good in that. Majority of our guests are amazed but what they get. We offer car ride to the dock just because taxi in Dubrovnik is extremely expensive. And skipper contacted you in the evening just because he sails all day long with our guests, after which he needs to clean and prepare the yacht for other guests. And we have a policy where customer support teams contacts guests on time few days before experience takes place and final pick up deal is made by skipper. We are not the owners of restaurant nor of ATM. You know that we are visiting islands so you can not expect that restaurant accepts credit cards. And this is written in description. I am sorry that you gave as lower score but your description does not met your sailing experience with us, rather side effects. Anyway, as you have written places are fantastic, and I am happy you liked them.

This trip was excellent! Put captain was on no time table. We sailed when we could motored when there was no wind and swam off of three different islands in beautiful water. We met great people. We got way more for our money than we expected.

If you like participating in your vacation, this is for you. This was really a great mix of involvement, relaxation, information, and sightseeing. Our guide, Dubo, met us at the wharf and we sailed out into the Adriatic and wove between a series of islands, all the while learning about the history of the region and the daily lives of its people. We were encouraged to sail, so we tacked the boat and took the tiller which was much more exciting for us than sitting idly the whole day, but if you just want to relax that's an option too. Some of our crew was in total vacation mode and hardly moved until we got to lunch, which was a superb restaurant on an islands where we had fresh fish and local wine. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, maybe a long-sleeved shirt and hat to protect against the sun. Also bring swimwear because you'll stop for a while at a small bay and jump in. The guide was awesome, the food was incredible, and the scenery gorgeous. Highly recommended to all.

Nice experience on an average sailing-boat

A nice experience and lovely to be on the ocean. The sailing boat was average-looking and our trip was fortunately only four passengers, more would have felt crowded. No extra service on board besides a bottle of water. The skipper was flexible about how to direct the tour. Tell the skipper what you want out of the trip so the route matches your expectations. Our first stop was at an island by a crowded beach with many boats. We asked for a next stop with less people and boats. Second stop at an island with nice restaurant. And third stop at our request by an island with fewer boats and swim by our boat. Whether you get to sail or go by motor the whole trip is hard to say, a tip is to check the weather forecast ahead so you know what to expect.

Dear Carolina, thank you for your follow up. We are very happy and glad that you liked our experience and that you had a great time. What I do not understand is 3-star review. Yes, yacht is not luxary and that is written in description, also yes, due to covid-19 we decided not to offer any other food or drinks instead of water. We can not control number of tourists on beaches and we follow description. And also, we can no control weather. We do not set sails if weather is not suitable for sailing (rain, wind, waves). The day you booked was beautiful, sunny day will no wind, so we used the engine. So your review does not follow our experience and is ruining our average score, since majority of guest are extremely satisfied.

We had a wonderful day with Dubo, I would recommend this highly for anyone coming to Dubrovnik. You get an amazing sailing experience and there is no time pressure so you can create your own itinerary and relax. It was a magical day where we stopped at lots of islands, swam and had an amazing lunch.

We had a wonderful day with just the right mixture of adventure (something that felt like serious sailing - at least to the non- experts we are) and relaxation after lunch when all the excitement, fresh air and lovely food had us a little bit drowsy. We felt super safe during the whole trip and Dubo was very relaxed about the time we spent at the various stops. If you are going on that tour don’t plan to be back in time - you might enjoy it so much that you want to spend another hour - or two.

Absolutely amazing day with Dubo. He catered every moment to exactly what we wanted to do. When we would stop to swim, he would insist that we not rush, take our time. We were on no schedule. He let us help with the sailing as much or as little as we liked. The boat itself is really cool. He recommended a restaurant for lunch on one of the islands and it was the best fish I have ever eaten. He had put the sails away while I was asleep toward the end of the day. I asked him if we could put them back up so that when we sailed by my friend we could get some great pictures. He immediately put them all back up and we got great shots. I highly recommend this.

Dubo is a native Croatian and an extremely experienced sailor and captain. He was very relaxed and let my mom and I help with the sailing. Even when there wasn’t wind the boat was a blast getting to go past beautiful areas and jump into the water. He had lots of bottled water for us on the ship which was nice and we brought our own wine. You don’t have to have sailing experience and he will teach you all you need to know for the day. This trip was a huge highlight of our trip. If you’re in Dubrovnik make sure to do this excursion, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks Dubo for a fantastic time!

Me and my friend were in Dubrovnik this weekend and booked this because we wanted something different. And it was extraordinary. Skipper picked us up in a hotel and drove us straight to sail yacht. He was really helpful,good instructor and a nice person. There was just three of us on the yacht so the experience was even better. We sailed to Lopud where we went for a swim and coffee . Next stop was Šipan where we had delicious lunch and on our way back skipper asked us if we wanted to take a swim on Kalamota, but sailing was so great so we rather stayed on the yacht. If you're looking for laying on the sun on the boat, this is not for you. We were participating in every part of the journey, tying the ropes, raising the sail, steering the rudder, everything. It was a really great experience and we are coming back for sure.

Una gita bellissima da consigliare. La bellezza del paesaggio, unita alla tranquillità e la pace della barca a vela. Solo 5 persone a bordo e un’atmosfera davvero rilassante. Dubo è uno skipper molto esperto, professionale è disponibile. È venuto a prenderci in hotel e ha prenotato il pranzo per gli ospiti. L’aspettò più emozionante è stato poterlo aiutare e partecipare in modo attivo alla navigazione.
