Ensenada Is Awesome and So Are Tigers

Alex was an incredibly interesting, wonderful guide who knew exactly where we were going and how best to maximize our time. Companionable, smart, and engaging, she is an excellent host for the beautiful city of Ensenada.

Brian was fabulous. We had such a great time and he personalized the tour for just us. Pai Pai was a treat. The animals are well taken care of and just a great staff. We will be back!!

The local tour guide, Brayan ("Brian") was excellent in terms of knowledge and expertise. He went WAAAYYY above and beyond expectations. He even showed us his favorite local place for the best fresh fish and incredible, enormous local oysters. I highly recommend this tour. The PaiPai experience is a little pricey but like nothing else we have done. It is a small ecoparque but you really can get very close to some amazing animals. We loved feeding the tiger but the best part for all us us (8 year old son included) was going into the enclosure and feeding the small monkeys while they sat on our shoulders.

Driver was late for pick up. Switched our plans last minute as they did not recommend pai pai once we arrived and instead brought us to La bufadora and market. Online description differed from receipt.

Hi my name is Carlos , owner of this team . Thank you for taking your time on writing your review. I asked your driver what happened and he mentioned that you where notified the costs of pai pai and you decided that they were very expensive and did not wanted to do activity, then you claimed that we had to pay your activity ,when it clearly says on our description that's not included.my tour guide gave you a better option for your tour, so he took you guys to the bufadora where you did the same attraction for less money and also enjoyed the bufadora ( which was not included in your tour) . I'm sorry that your vacations didn't go as planned , but I think that we did our best on providing you a great tour.

Pai Pai tour

Eric was our guide on this Ensenada outing to Pai Pai. We were picked up right on time at the cruise terminal and off to pai pai we went. Eric was a very polite and knowledgeable young man. On our way he described the area and the sights that we were passing. Pai Pai was a nice set up. We first enjoyed tequilla tatsing and then proceeded on a short tour of the place. This included an opportunity to hold and feed lemurs. Friendly little guys. We next purchased a cat encounter. We had a choice of teenagers, youngsters or babies. We chose the babies. We were able to pet, hold, cuddle and play with a tiger cub and jaguar cub. Adorable. They and their enclosures seemed clean and well maintained. The tiger cub seemed to have a little tummy disturbance but otherwise both cats seemed fit and healthy. Once we were finished at pai pai We returned to town where we made a stop at a cool little restaurant for lunch. Food was great. After lunch Eric ask if he could take us any place or show us anything else. We were quite satisfied with our morning and decided to go back to the ship. Great excursion. Thank you Eric!
