Möt din guide på Marina Puerto Chico cirka 30 minuter innan din turné börjar. Härifrån tar du en båttur i cirka 35 minuter tills du når Icacos Island i Cordillera Cays för att börja snorkla delen av din upplevelse. Ta på dig fenor och en mask och hoppa i vattnet med en guide, som kan hjälpa dig att identifiera det marina livet du möter.

The staff is nice and kind.
The food and drink is good.
The water is clean and clear, the sea is colorful given a sunny weather.
We just saw few type and amount of sea animals.
The coral is not as good as expected.

crew was excellent. Ellie and Hadnamaz(spelling?) were terrific-fun, informed, funny, watched out for the beginners. Lunch was very good, and so plentiful that we had lunch twice! Highly recommend this excursion!

Everything was great! Check in was smooth. Saw tons of fish, stingray and coral. Beach, lunch and drinks were great. Nice quick boat ride, and the guides were helpful and informative.

We had a great time with our bachelorette group!
The water was beautiful and refreshing. Snorkeling was a lot of fun.
Food was good - way better than the premade sandwiches I was expecting. Fresh fruit, local bread, different salads - very yummy.
Only “complaint” is that we wish we had more time snorkeling and less time at the beach. It was wonderful exploring the reef and finding animals under the water. We felt like that time was too short. And hanging out on the beach got a little boring.
The crew was WONDERFUL. Fun to chat with, easy to understand for those who don’t speak Spanish, and knowledgeable about the boat and the area.

Me and my boyfriend booked this company on our last day on our vacation. There was some sort of accident or heavy traffic going on from us driving from San Juan all the way to Luquillo… me being the extra communicative person that I am. Searched for a number and an email to contact them to let them know we were close and it said the arrival time was 8:03am . Boat take off time was 8:00am , well aware…. But 3 minutes is not a long time for someone who just paid $250!!!!!!!!!! So mind you I contacted and let them know this 40 minutes before the take off time…. They said there was nothing that they can do and they would have a supervisor or someone call me back. Nobody called me back. So we end up getting there ON TIME at 7:56am and the boat was already gone…. So we don’t know if they left on purpose knowing it was two more people that were trying to arrive or what. But I think that is so sad and evil that they would do that to out of towners looking to enjoy a service they booked for $250!!!! Now we’re out $250 with no refund this is the most out of pocket company I’ve ever booked in my life. The fact that they can take that much from somebody and not give them a service or even try to give a refund being that the situation is what it is. Never will book again and will be posting about it all over my social media.

We understand your frustration regarding your situation. Our tour has a no-refund policy for late arrivals, no shows, and late cancelations. This policy is stated by TripAdvisor/Viator.Our captain and crew do they best to star the check-in at 7:30 and have eveyone that arrive ready to depart at 8:00. Our aim is to respect everyone's time by adhering to the designated departure time, as we have several activities planned and other guests to accommodate.
We're sorry if there was miscommunication regarding your estimated arrival time and the boat's departure time. We also didn't know you arrived at 7:56 am because at 7:46 am, you sent us a text that you would not arrive and that you would turn around. We regret that this situation didn't meet your expectations.
However, we are a small company doing our best to offer a great experience. That is why we avied by the TripAvisor/Viator and the company policys.

Staff are friendly, they made sure that we are safe all the time. Overall experience was awesome only downfall was the way our food was being served. But the staff made it more enjoyable during that time.

Great trip!! Excellent communication with tour group. I only wished we could have snorkeled longer. Water is so clear and it’s not a very long boat ride. Would definitely do again!! Loved our team on the Kraken!!

Highly recommended! I’ve been on another boat tour to Cayo Icacos, I felt like this one allowed for as much time as possible to enjoy the snorkeling and island. I’m not a great swimmer, more of a floater, but I felt extremely comfortable snorkeling and swimming with the crew on deck. Everyone was friendly and the overall vibe of the trip was amazing.
