Vi är stationerade på baksidan av Royal Watler Terminal, innan vi går in i det allmänna området. Kryssningsfartygspassagerare hämtas vid Royal Watler Terminal, medan hotell-/lägenhetsgäster hämtas i resortens lobby på Seven Mile Beach och West Bay. Om du kör till vår plats, finns vi vid Safe Haven Marina, andra cabana till höger. De flesta resorter och lägenheter på Seven Mile Beach ligger sju minuter från vår avgångsstation. Vänligen ange i platsavsnittet 'Köra till plats' om du planerar att köra till oss.

Det här kan du vänta dig

Din båttur tar dig till tre platser runt Grand Cayman, vars höjdpunkt är Stingray City, en del av vatten (inte mer än 5 fot / 1,5 meter djup) och sandstänger hem till en befolkning i södra stingrays.

När du kommer fram lär du dig om det korrekta beteendet när du är i vattnet från båtpersonalen och sedan hoppa in med en snorkel och en mask som simmar nära stingraysna. Därefter leder du till Coral Garden, en närliggande plats när du kan simma bland några av Caymanöarnas mest färgglada rev.

Ditt tredje stopp är snorkling med sjöstjärna, där du kan koppla av i grunt vatten och titta på olika arter av sjöstjärna. Detta är en särskilt populär aktivitet för unga barn.

Din turné slutar med återgång till startpunkten.

The excursion was everything and more, we learned so much about StingRay's, Starfish and the crew was super fun. The locations we went to were just immaculate. Zach & his crew were the best.

I recommend this excursion to anyone that wants a detailed explanation of what is going to go on from a very knowledgeable crew. I thoroughly enjoyed my time snorkeling, handling the sting rays, and starfish. It was a great day the day my family and I went.

Great staff friendly captain very experienced and knowledgeable about the area and waters. Always felt comfortable and safe knowing he was in charge of the excursion bring us all to great places to snorkel and play with the sting rays.

Pick up was 15 min late, bus was very old and boat as well. Nevertheless; the guides were great and the sights are worth visiting. They provided plenty of water and soda on board. We felt a little rushed, especially at the starfish beach. Overall not a great experience but it was a good one and I would recommend it.

It was a great tour. We really enjoyed it. The company really trustfull and looking about your safety. The wind was stronger then usual and we got even advise from organisers not to go just to be safe. But we still decided to go and it wasn’t so bad. We were glad that we made that decision. I would really recommend for everyone and this company and this tour. And there was even photographer onboard.The only advice we want to leave to announce about pictures before leaving the ship. It’s very important, because we forgot about them😉

We had a great time! We took longer getting off the ship than expected so I called to let them know we were on the way. They waited for us to get there and made sure we got on the bus. The man who captained the boat was fantastic! He let the little ones take turns steering the boat. I recommend this tour!

Manage your expectations

It would appear at first as a snorkeling tour. Its not! First stop was Starfish Point where you might expect to see a coral bed filled with starfish. What we saw was small beach front with a sandy floor and one star fish. Oddly enough every other tour boat with 20-30 tourists were also there making it a crowd of 150 people to walk in knee deep water and one guy holding a star fish out of the water so his kids could see it. (which you are never suppose to do). As an avid SCUBA Diver I was appalled at the disrespect for the sea and 150 people expecting something amazing. Our second stop was "Sting Ray City" however the same group of boats and people were now in waist deep water over a small sand bar off the coast which did have an abundance of smaller juvenile sting rays. Again just sand, no snorkeling with local guides holding the sting rays for family pictures, petting and kissing the rays! Disappointed with the 20 minute stops with these two spots I re-boarded the boat for a trip to our third spot hoping for a nice swim and snorkel in an undamaged reef. As the tour started at a meeting place around 11:30am, by now it was approaching 2:30pm I asked if there were any snacks for the kids. My grandson was starved as lunch did not occur before our departure time. No food or snacks were provided, but bottled water was provided. I was however provided with a funny look from staff as if my question was in a language from another planet. Arriving at our last stop water was over ten feet deep and pleasant calm waters for 20 minutes of snorkeling. As a member of PADI Project AWARE I did take the time to pull as much trash from the sea as I could carry. Disappointed we headed back to shore, a 25 minute journey to the Harbor and a 15 minute Bus ride where I had to sit on the floor of the van as there weren't enough seats for all the passengers, some kids sat in parents laps. As I wish to convey ...manage your expectations for snorkeling, bring your own food, don't expect much time in the water and take care to observe the price of the photo package at the end of the journey. Not likely I will return to Grand Cayman any time soon, but for others I would look for something else to entertain yourself.

This excursion was excellent - it had three stops including: snorkeling in the coral gardens, stingray city, and starfish point. This excursion is conveniently on the cruise port in which makes it easily accessible.

Way too crowded

Check in from the cruise port was hectic and the one guy was (unsurprisingly) very frustrated, yet that didn't help set us off on the right foot. They crammed us only these old buses and my 7 yr old and I were the last on one bus and there were no seats, and the lady barked at us that there were fold down jump seats that were unsafe and wildly uncomfortable. Then onto another crowded boat, which was half filled with obnoxious teens who were picking up live conchs and the staff didn't tell them to stop. The two boat staff were really catering to this group to the detriment of the rest of the passengers. They spent more than half the time at Stingray city taking photos of this one group. This part is no fault of the tour, but Stingray city itself is so overcrowded, it just was very disappointing.
