Stingray City tour was very nice; I have been there several times. Staff was very friendly. Water was pretty rough due to an above average windy day.

This was by far the worst excursion. I have swam with the sting rays before and loved it. I wanted to share that fabulous experience with my husband. It started with no communication of where to meet from the driver. Other people had to call her to show up. On the bus she was talking but her voice was so low you could not hear a thing she said and was just us and one other couple. We get on the boat The two seemed very inexperience one told us we couldn't wear water shoes and the other argued we could. We get to the sting rays and the driver hit the side of another boat. Him and the other boat driver spent most of OUR time arguing. This was so unprofessional. When it came time to see the sting rays they had a hard time catching them. We got one picture just holding the sting ray. None of the fun photos of it smiling or with you significant other. We were rush and told we had to go. As I said he spent most of the time fighting with the other driver. The driver was so terrible that we all go sea sick. The two of us were vomiting. We did not go to the corral reef because we were so sick. We asked to go to the beach. The Lady driver picked us up and only gave us an hour even though we didn't snorkel at coral reef. This company was the most inexperienced and unprofessional excursion I have ever been on. Im shocked Viator would allow them on here. It's like they never did this before. They provided no education or fun an all. Definitely stay far away. I Highly recommend Kelly Tours who I took the first time. Everyone who was on a different boat were having a good time and getting what they were supposed to accept us. These clowns should not be in business.

Swimming with the stingrays and snorkelling amongst the coral and colourful tropical fish made this a fabulous and memorable day. Due to three cruise shiploads of people in the port area I was unable to find the meeting place for the tour and it departed without me. Frank’s quickly organised for me to do the stingray and coral garden part of the tour with another operator then Kate (Frank’s wife) met my boat and personally drove me to 7-mile beach and gave me snacks and a drink before returning me to the port. I was delighted by the extra-special service provided by Frank’s and highly recommended this company.

Kate at Frank's Water Sports is an excellent tour guide. She was very accommodating with our cruise ship arriving later than we had originally planned. Be aware that George Town, Cayman Islands is a tender port, meaning you have to take a smaller boat from the ship to the port/gate, so you need to allow an additional hour both ways for that time make your tour and back. The boat drivers and tour guides were very skilled and were especially good at Stingray City. They even dove down and got my Husband's glasses at the coral reef!

Kate Ebanks from Frank ‘s Water sports took impeccable care of us! We were late for our tour but she quickly problem solved and went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing day . She went way over and beyond to help us! Thank you thank thank you . I would def book with them again !!!

The trip was so fun, guides were all great. We love snorkeling and Stingray City. We went to the public beach, wish we would have gone to Governors. Communication was difficult once we were on the cruise ship, and we didn’t have a good idea of how to find them. Beware of time change from boat to island. Once that was figured out, we had a great day!

This excursion was fantastic!! Kate was very informative and right at the port to pick us up and drop us off where we needed to be. Carlos and Santos took us out on the boat to snorkel and then to swim with the stingrays out in the ocean. We had a party of 13 and they were super accommodating!! We would definitely do this excursion again.

Enjoyed the snorkeling and stingray experience. Never got to 7 mile beach. We were sent on wrong tour. Your confirmation page should always include the boat and captains name. without that info, no one knows where to send you. Our boat went to starfish cove. A little disappointing. Perhaps, you could refund that portion of the 3 stop excursion. You sent Donovan to take us when we got back, but by then we hadn’t eaten and needed to get back to our ship. Thank you.

Kenny & Kimmy were our captains on our tour and were awesome! They were very professional and very informative! They took pictures for us as well! We would definitely book again with them! Our bus driver Kate was awesome as well, she was very informative and easy to get in touch with when our cruise ship had to dock at a different location on arrival day. She was always on time at each stop!
