On the buss

When I booked the trip it was a 6 hour event. Did not realize that we would be on the bus 2 hours each way and that we would be back at our cruise ship at 4.15. We had to be on our boat by 430. Most of the people on the tour was on our ship. So it made us all nervous. Was not a good experience.

Hi Debbie...we are quite aware of the departure time of your ship and your excursion is well planned and coordinated and to make sure you do not miss out on anything ...we concentrate on your money's worth, and nothing is cut short. We remember you quite well and we know you had a great time ...you took part in everything highlight of this excursion and we were very happy to have you with us ...getting back to your ship on time is priority to us and we never take chances ...and we are never late ...we do all our research on the exact departure time of ship...traffic congestion updates etc... everyone else on the bus on this day was relaxed and comfortable because they trusted us to get everyone back in time ..on this day we were back 40mins before departure time and not 15 mins as you stated ..with all this said we really think your 1 star was unfair since we know you had a great time ...

Smally was a wonderful guide (he may want to give up his day job and become a stand up comedian). Very friendly and knowledgeable (except for following up on whether mangos can be taken back in to Canada). He picked up and delivered folks at custom spots without a hitch, including different pickup / dropoff for 2 groups). I have traveled Viator multiple times before with varied experiences. This was my best Viator tour by far.

Amazing views of the pitons, waterfall, and sulfur springs! Guides were excellent and very friendly. Not to mention the scuba diving experience with views of tropical fish. I would definitely go back.

This tour was fun while we were on it - the tour guides were all very nice people and the food was fantastic. However, we did not get the tour we were promised. What was supposed to be a 6 hour and 30 min excursion only lasted 4 hours. We were picked up from the hotel at 10:30am and were dropped back off at 2:30. We were not brought to Anse La Raye or the Canaries which was supposed to part of the "sea" tour. We didn't realize we missed it until our taxi driver asked us later that day how long we were on the water for (only 15 min) and he told us we got scammed. We decided to hire another private boat to take us up to see what we missed a couple days later.

Hi Amanda persons...we do remember you very well and we know you had a great time with us ....we want to take time to reply your review even if we did explain to you ...I am happy to do here again...no one else is pick up at 10;30...you were pick up at the this time due to the location of your resort...your resort is situated right next to the pitons ,volcano, and all the remaining highlights...all other quest comes from the northern end of the island , we did explain this to you ....this is why your pick up time and duration will not be the same ....we did all the main highlights with you ....there was nothing "scammed " here .....you just did not understand even if we explained to you ....we know you had a good time and was a pleasure to have you with us .

This was the best part of my trip to St Lucia. Big Marv was so friendly, the whole team was amazing, and the sites we visited were fantastic. We saw so many fish while snorkeling and it was such a magical experience. The boat ride was so fun and seeing the pitons from the water was just incredible. You know what made this perfect? Our guide was friendly and knowledgable, the bus was clean and cool. We stopped at a banana plantation- I would have liked to see more variety of plant stages, but was an opportunity to sell us stuff. The boat trip was fantastic, as was the snorkelling, so many fish to underwater. Lunch was tasty, atmosphere in the restaurant local, we loved it Waterfall was crowded but cooling. Mud baths were as described, but again - absolutely rammed but we had fun. Plenty of drinks throughout the day, the guides were attentive and friendly. All in all, we had a great day and felt it was worth the money

The tour was wonderful and our guide, Smiley, was great! We enjoyed learning new information on the drive Sugar Beach, the waterfalls, and the mud bath. The speed boat was an added bonus as well as the local lunch.

Land and Sea Tour

Our tour guide was Sylvia. She was very informative and the tour was a blast. We got lots of history on the island and different towns. We rode a speed boat to the bat cave (it's a big crack in the cliff) then rode it to Sugar Beach which is a private beach where we snorkeled. We then rode the speed boat back to the fishing village for a chef prepared meal of local dishes. Yum! We went to a waterfall and got to swim / take pics. Then we drove into the volcano and took a dip in the mineral waters and put on some volcanic mineral mud. This was a great first tour. I highly recommend it.

The guides were so helpful we had Smalley as our driver, and he was outstanding narrative while driving the entire way, and was very attentive to our needs. We had a lot of the highlights, and the lunch was outstanding.

This was a good tour and our guide was really good. He watched out for us and helped us. Size of group was like 14 people on a bus. The pick up point and drop off needed to be changed some but they were very accommodating. The food was really good.
