Detta var vår bästa upplevelse någonsin i Halong Bay. Snabb bokning och de hjälpte till med bagage och hjälpte till med saker innan vår resa till Halong och massor av information skickades innan resan en dag. Mat, aktiviteter, transfer ingick och promenader i grottan, kajak, islanf-turer ingick också. Landskapet i Halong Bay är fantastiskt och vackert. Skulle definitivt rekommendera denna turné

Jag gillade den här kryssningen (2 dagar, 1 natt) i Lan Ha Bay. Aktiviteten och maten var som förväntat, men båten var inte så bilden - den var mycket mindre än annonserad, utan balkonger på något av rummen (och lite av en "festbåt" vibe på kvällen - vilket inte är vad jag förväntade mig).
Jag hade totalt sett en positiv upplevelse (sängen var väldigt bekväm, guiden var fantastisk), men bostäderna var inte representativa för vad jag betalade.

The tour guide was fantastic- he took good care of us and did his best to ensure everything went smoothly. The cruise was nice, bedroom was clean with good windows and views. The activities off the boat were very touristy but we really enjoyed the kayaking in the bay and the activities on the boat (spring roll demonstration and tai chi class) were nice. All in all a lovely experience of Ha Long Bay!

Really great experience. With this cruise you can see all the top attractions. Very professional team, crew members, taking care of the tourists to have the best experience. Most of the time you are not in the boat and enjoy hiking, swimming. And oh plenty of local foods (guides, crew members adapt general menu to your needs, for example, if you are vegeterian, don't like sea food) during cruise, so be prepared :) and nice meeting sunset on the deck.

Overall activities were the same as other cruise lines. The service could have been better. Our main tour guide was very hard to understand and a bit awkward. I think he meant well but we couldn’t really rely on him to explain things clearly. I also had a massage but very disappointed by the quality. I would not recommend. The food was average. The boat cruised at the same time with all other boats and parked at the same place with all other boats. It was a very busy water with every cruise doing the same activity at the same time.

The day-of-tour experience was excellent. Our guide was friendly and seemed genuinely excited about being with us. We saw everything as advertised, which was all fantastic, and we were able to be back in Hanoi as scheduled. However, I am only giving 4 stars because the communication from the company before the tour was quite bad. Even though I booked several months in advance and sent them a message the week before the tour, they made no contact with me until the day before the tour and then insisted that I give detailed responses and documentation within a few hours while ignoring my direct questions about the tour. Their extremely poor communication left me worried about the entire tour until the guide actually picked us up in the morning. After the tour, they also tried to bribe me into giving a positive review by offering to send me money via Paypal, which I ignored. However, the tour itself was basically perfect once we did get going.

The ONLY THING u complained and u DID NOT mention at your review is you ***FORGOT your SUNGLASSES***** at somewhere, me and my tour guide and staffs COULD NOT FIND OUT , we don't know you forgot at your hotel, restaurant or anywhere you visited.
=========We would had PAID for your new SUNGLASSES as a big benefits .
========= We ***ALWAYS CONTACT***customers before few days of the trip to show things to do, what to see, i am sure you also checked your message from VIATOR message system.
=========The one day tour was extremely fun and lots of things to do and see even it was short.

We had a wonderful time on this experience! They picked us up from our hotel and transported us to the boat. The crew was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the activities were wonderful. The food was served in multiple courses and was delicious. The drinks were tasty too! Loved kayacking, cave touring, swimming in the bay, and the views from the beach. The boat was comfortable and great quality for the price. Had some delay at the end of the tour (waited 1.5 hours to get a ride back from the bay) but eventually they were able to coordinate us a ride to the airport.
