Den faktiska upphämtningsplatsen är nästan . 5 miles från avlämningsadress. Vi kunde inte hitta platsen förrän efter kryssningen gick. Researrangören försökte aldrig kontakta oss före avgång och svarade aldrig när vi ringde

Upon reviewing our records, we noticed that after each of your bookings, we promptly sent you a comprehensive 2-page PDF document containing detailed information about the pier location. This document includes a pier map, photos of the pier, Google Map coordinates, and written instructions on how to reach the pier. However, we apologize if there have been confusion or a lack of clarity in these materials.
Regarding the pick-up and drop-off locations, both points for our tours are the same: Dukling Tsim Sha Tsui Pier, as clearly stated in the provided document. The booking page also indicated the correct meet-up point near the Bruce Lee Statue, at the Starbucks on the Avenue of Stars. We apologize if there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding.
We believe there may have been confusion regarding the pick-up location. Our boat's pick-up point is at the Starbucks near the Bruce Lee Statue, and we are unaware of any pick-up point 0.5 miles away. It's possible that you may have mistaken another Chinese junk for our historic Chinese junk. There is a modern Chinese junk company that picks up passengers near the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, which is approximately 0.5 miles away from our designated pick-up point. We apologize for any confusion or unclear directions.
We do acknowledge that we were unable to answer your call, and we apologize for any frustration this may have caused. While we typically do not process refunds for no-shows, we have made a special exception for your booking. Your refund request has been approved and will be processed within 3-5 business days. We apologize for the delay in granting this approval, as it was received over the weekend.

Upplevelsen var bra. Det var precis som förväntat. Bra beskrivning av platsen. Resan var bra och det är en bra sak att göra som vi gjorde, vi landade vid 16-tiden och hann i tid bara för att göra något äkta när vi var i Hong Kong.

This was a relatively short (1 hour max) and beautiful ride which we took at sunset (5::30 pm). Definitely worth it!

A wonderful experience sailing on this junk. The evening was beautiful and the crew took great care of us. We really enjoyed the small tour group. The boat was not crowded and was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this tour.

Excellent trip on extraordinary ship. Red sails looks amazing. Crew was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it highly.
Note that meeting the trip organizer on the dock area was difficult. The big crowd made it worse. I suggest that the tour guide needs to make himself known with a flag or jersey uniform with Dukling symbol.

Amazing light show. Take the 7:30 boat option. Dress warmly. It was cold on the water. Wear sneakers as you need to climb up a small ladder if you want to get outside.

Being out in the Harbour on a real Junk was a great experience.
