Kom till stan på Carnival Cruise. Sa till dem att fartyget inte skulle anlända förrän kl. 9.00. Fick veta via e-post att föraren skulle vara på piren för att hämta kl. 9 - 9: 30 varav chauffören bestämde sig för att anlända kl. 7 på hämtningsdagen. Fartyget var inte ens där. Bad om återbetalning och fick avslag. Frågade Viator varför jag skulle boka en utflykt TVÅ TIMMAR INNAN fartyget skulle anlända, och blev i princip spökad när jag svarade. Sa att jag skulle ha kontaktat chauffören som skickade ett telefonmeddelande och sms (vi är till sjöss utan mobiltjänst) och borde ha svarat. Föraren slutade med att han lämnade INGET MEDDELANDE. Han anlände till hamnen klockan 7 för att tömma kajen, varför anlända när jag sa till dem att fartyget inte förväntades förrän klockan 9? ? Företaget bryr sig inte om kunder, bara $$$! ! ! Jag har många e-postmeddelanden som frågar om hämtningstid och även anger fartygets tid, och fick höra "inte oroa dig, föraren väntar".

Viator var mycket förvirrande och gav oss felaktig information. Aloha Sunshine var fantastisk och rättade till sina fel. Själva turnén gick bra. Inte spektakulärt.

Medan Arizona...

Medan Arizona-minnesmärket och USS Missouri var fantastiska var det inte föraren för researrangören! Först var han 25 minuter sen med att hämta oss och sedan hade vi lyssnat på hur han drönade om en massa saker som ingen skulle bry sig om på en sådan här turné, han var definitivt inte den säkraste föraren heller. Han fick oss att stå där vid avlämningen vid minnesmärket och lyssna på honom en bra stund innan han gav oss våra biljetter. Bokstavligen 4 andra turer anlände och alla dessa människor lämnade för att gå till minnesmärket innan vi kunde släppas. På vägen tillbaka körde han och pekade på en karta med en pinne och svängde i körfältet vilket gjorde att min fru kände sig väldigt osäker. Detta får en 1-stjärnig recension för föraren och hans oförmåga att köra säkert.

Jag bor på Maui och min vän besökte från fastlandet. Hon ville se Arizona Memorial. Detta var ett bra sätt att göra en snabb ö-hop och se några sevärdheter på en dag. Informativt och bekvämt.

Waste if money - do it yourself

You 100% don’t need a tour to do this. Was basically a shuttle where the driver gave some history on the way. The city tour is nothing if the sort. Terrible value for money despite the driver being a nice guy it didn’t stop it feeling like a scam. Everything we did could have been done very easily alone and also we only saw parts that weee free and told to pay for anything else we wanted

Arizona memorial tour

The Arizona Memorial and visitor center which is really the only place I've visited. The directions to follow during the tour were complicated. The bus picked me up at my hotel, approximately two hours prior to the reservation at the Arizona memorial, which did not give me an opportunity to have breakfast prior to the tour. Our guide was knowledgeable, but very difficult to understand with a very strong accent. This is a tour that you make what you wish out of it.

Pearl Harbor was so worth seeing, and not having to stand in a standby line of hundreds of people, but having guaranteed tickets made this a worthwhile choice. Kenosha picked us up promptly at the cruise terminal. After Pearl Harbor we got a narrated tour and she was fantastic. Money very well spent. I feel the value for our dollars exceeded what we paid. Thank you!

Bus Driver lost Bus keys on return to our day and we had to sit in hot bus until she found them Stopped and let people walk around when we presumed we would be going straight back to hotel

Disgraceful

We have had this tour booked for 6 weeks. 9 am pick up from our hotel. The pleasure and anticipation was quickly snuffed out by Aloha Sunshine Tour's. The afternoon before we received a message from them to say the pickup time was 6 am and from another location well away from our hotel. I rang to enquire about the changes and encountered a very rude and aggressive operator. I questioned why they could not pick us up from the hotel since Viator had confirmed the booking location and time. He rudely stated it was not his problem that Viator does not know how things work in Hawaii and we should have booked directly with Aloha Sunshine Tour's. There was no negotiation or apology beyond this point. He insisted the tour be cancelled despite our protests. He aggressively stated that he was cancelling the tour immediately and sent a text advising of this and that a refund was due. We respectfully ask Viator to follow up as the money paid has not been returned at the time of writing this. I would also question your future involvement with this company as it is clear they do not respect your business. So far we have found Viator to be excellent as our other arrangements have run smoothly. I await a reply from you. Best wishes from Gary Arthur.

Unfortunately my experience was very poor, the driver as nice as she was, she was an hour late to pick me up and then I had to wait another hour and a half to be be picked up again at the Memorial. Very disappointed Teresa K

Pearl Harbor is a must see!

Rick was our driver and picked us up at our hotel on time. On the way to Pearl Harbor, he told us the history of Pearl Harbor the the events leading up to the day it was attacked. He pointed out locations and gave info on those spots. When we got to Pearl Harbor, he told us what to expect and gave us water bottles to take inside with us. We had more than enough time to go to the memorial and walk through the museums. After, Rick took us around downtown and gave us the history of the Royal Monarchary that once ruled over the island. He was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed this tour.
