Detta är en mycket vilseledande turné och vad som är mer oroande är att efter flera samtal med Viator vägrade de att göra något utom en återbetalning på 50 $. Här är fakta:
1 . Denna resa inkluderar privat resa till Pearl Harbor Memorial för att se de två museerna. Detta är sant, men dessa museer är gratis för allmänheten oavsett.
2 . USS Arizona Memorial - två gratisbiljetter till detta evenemang samt filmen tillgänglig. Det är också sant, men det visar sig att detta också är gratis, och allt du behöver göra är att skaffa dina biljetter i förväg eller gå med på en väntelista när du kommer dit. Den vilseledande delen här är att det inte bara är gratis utan vår reseguide pekade på en lång rad människor som väntade utanför färjelinjen för att gå till minnesmärket och sa att de var de människor som inte hade biljetter och att vi skulle gå till framför raden. Detta stämde INTE, eftersom det visade sig vara bara linjen för färjan.
3 . Turen avser 1 1 / 2 timmar för båda evenemangen. Om vi hade velat göra de andra aktiviteterna som alla INTE var GRATIS hade vi inte hunnit, så därför var vi klara tidigt och bad om att bli hämtade. Vår researrangör var inte tvungen och dök upp efter 4 timmar. Lämnade oss klockan 9:30 och hämtade oss klockan 13:30.
4 . Honolulu - 1 timmes begränsad rundtur. Vi sa till vår guide att vi behövde souvenirer och hostmedicin. Han tog oss till ett apotek där han trodde att vi kunde få båda (jag var förvirrad över att han inte hade massor av förslag på den här, men föreslog Walmart och apoteket). Han släppte oss på apoteket och vi sa att vi skulle vara tillbaka, eftersom det inte fanns något där, vi åkte när han skyndade in och sa att han bara hade ett samtal och var tvungen att gå tillbaka och hämta någon annan, så att han kunde lämna oss där och kom tillbaka eller ta oss tillbaka till fartyget - vi valde fartyget.
5 . En gratis tröja för varje medlem - vi fick aldrig denna.
Denna turné kostade 595 $ för egentligen ingenting. Jag är otroligt besviken på reseföretaget, men mest av allt Viator, det skulle tillåta denna "turné" på deras plattform.

Thank you for your online review. While all the info you provided above is false, wrong, and disappointing. We are sorry, but we have to talk to you straight forward because we can clearly see, feel, and understand that you are either acting or you really are lost. For your information, there is nothing in this country, meaning the United States is free. Married couples who have been together for 30 years and who have had children together are not treating each other for free. One person works and brings money home, and the other takes care of the home and kids. You will not find one person on the planet that he/she works all day and then comes home and takes care of everything for another party and serves him/her, and the second party just enjoys it. This is one important undeniable fact that we want you to understand first.
Second- Pearl Harbor tickets ARE NOT FREE. WE BUY THEM. Because the government of the United States is not so in love with any business on the planet as to provide free things to them. WE BUY THEM. Not only do we buy them, we are competing with 500 other companies at certain times each day for a limited number of tickets. These tickets are sold out in less than 1/10 of a second, and we have employees who are getting paid to compete with others to buy these tickets in less than 1/10 (one-tenth of a second )
Third - If you think we are in love with you or anyone else to:
A—Hire a 6-foot, 10-inch adult American tour guide with 15 years of experience. He will privately transport you like a supper VIP from your ship to Pearl Harbor and back and spend 4-5 hours of his life servicing you and your dear family like a VIP during your vacation.
B- Provide a luxury SUV for $70,000.00 which has permits from multiple organization in Hawaii such as Honolulu port ( where we picked you up ) and Pearl Harbor ( where we took you on the tour ) to transport you in.
C- Provide two reserve tickets to you and your party. You get to walk into Pearl Harbor and like VIPs without waiting in line or any hassle do your tour and leave which as explained above were booked 2 months in advance.
And some other arrangment that we no need to explain to you, if you think all of these are free to you and others because you are middle of vacation we are very sorry for you that either you are lost or you are very selffish.
Nothing in America is free dear client. For your information, according to Hawaii law, which is the same as US law, the legal price of a 2 one-way reservation just from the port to Pearl Harbor and back, even if it takes 1 min each way, is considered a 2-hour service, and would cost more than what you paid to us.
Yes, if someone wants to take the risk and walk into Pearl Harbor, wait in the standby line, take his/her hand, and pray to God that hopefully someone does not show up and gives him the opportunity to maybe go in, in that situation, maybe they can get in. But still, there is no personal chauffeur, luxury vehicle, complimentary drink and snacks, or city tour. They should use Uber and spend hours waiting.
From your letter and complaint, it is very clear that you possibly understand all of these but are somehow trying to fish for something. The driver should not have taken you to the drug store and should have returned you back to the same place where he picked you up. We will fine the driver and suspend him if he does this again. Also, if you can read your confirmation, which is in English and on the Viator site, you can see we give a free Hawaiian T-shirt PER RESERVATION. The driver admitted that because of your comments, questions, and requests for extra services, you demanded from him nearly drove him crazy. He really wanted to drop you off and leave, You did not let him think about that shirt, and he forgot to give you. If Viator gave you a $50 refund, that refund is several times more than the cost of a t-shirt.
We hope the information above helps you to understand that nothing is free in America, especially in Hawaii, which is one of the most expensive places on the planet. We wish you a happy and long life.

Our driver was on time and very polite. The excursion itself is somewhat misleading. They only give one shirt per group, not per person and they only give you 4 hours. They did extend our time one hour upon request for no additional fee? The fee includes entrance into the park and to see the USS Arizona, but not USS Missouri or the submarine. For the cost, I thought it would have included more. It was not bad, but seemed over priced. Probably would have been better off getting a Uber and using the luggage storage at Pearl and Harbor.

Thank you for your review, even though it shocked us all and broke our hearts.
You booked a private tour with us which comes with a standard minivan.
1- We upgraded your tour vehicle to a large luxury SUV, which is cost $350 with no extra cost.( this tour comes with standard minivan )
2- You requested to extend your time, which we did for one hour, valued at $125. We did not charge you for that. ( we have never done this for others in years )
3- You had five large pieces of luggage. We never hold on to luggage for anyone, and this is clearly mentioned in our policy and on your confirmation. Out of respect for Viator and your family, we held your bags for 6 hours.
4- We give out one free T-Shirt per reservation as a gift, and it is clearly mentioned on the Viator site and your confirmation, and we gave you that one shirt. We are truly sorry that we could not provide
five times more than what we offer to everyone else.
5- We dropped you off 6 hours after pick up, not 4 hours, and our GPS can prove that.
6- Regarding the Missouri, we are sorry that we could not give you what was not included in your tour for free. The Missouri tickets are not free, there is a fee for them, and it is an extended tour. You did not purchase a tour that includes the Missouri and we are not able to provide tickets to the USS Missouri for free to people because there is a cost to us for these tickets. In addition, you should know that you did not purchase a tour that includes the Missouri. The tour inclusions are clearly mentioned on your confirmation as well as on the website,. There is no mention of the USS Missouri at any time on your confirmation or even on the website.
7- You bought the most minor, shortest, and cheapest Private Pearl Harbor tour for the Arizona Memorial. You received every point in the tour + the above extras and mentioned them in your review. There was nothing else we could do to make you happy, and thank you for your unkind review rating. We will remove that free gift from future promotions and will not offer any of the upgrade services provided to you for free. We think that will work better because yours was the first complaint that we have received in years.
