We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the rushed nature of the walk-through tour at Neuschwanstein. The scheduling and pace of these tours are indeed managed by the guides at the castle, and we will pass along your feedback to them for consideration in improving the visitor experience.
Regarding your experience at Linderhof, we apologize for any disappointment caused by the closure of the grounds and the inability to view the fountains and statues. Unfortunately, during the winter months, especially in late December, certain outdoor features are inaccessible due to freezing temperatures - the water is frozen. Due to the cold temperatures old statues are getting covered everywhere in Europe where you have these cold temperatures.
