Fred was so very nice. The trip was flawless. We had an extra special tour that accomodated our needs. He allowed us to take extra time at locations we liked most and less at others. The trip was truly ours to design. Beautiful scenery

Fabulous day with Johnny

We had a fabulous day seeing the sights with Johnny! He was the perfect host… we got history, stories, and awesome local snacks! And when we indicated that we would like to take tea cakes home to our grandkids, he made time and found a store so we could make that happen! We could not have been happier with our choice. This tour with Johnny was first class all the way!

A tour tailored to you

We could have gone the traditional route and been taken to the usual tourist spots however Johnnie found out what we wanted and then adjusted the tour. We saw a few sights that very few tourist go see because they are off the beaten path and tour busses couldn’t get there. Fantastic landscape, such friendly people and such a rich history. Johnnie made sure we hit a couple of the most prevalent historic sites too and had good knowledge of the history. Touring with Johnnie was like being shown the area with a local friend. Highly recommend

A fascinating and comprehensive tour

We were visiting the area as a stop on a cruise ship. John met us at the cruise port and off we went on an incredibly fascinating and comprehensive tour. John was an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate guide. Having special insight of the are and its history, John was able to give special insight on some of the lesser known history of the area. This is truly a full day tour that is well worth your time. I would highly truly recommend this tour. A special thanks to John for providing a quality tour and the special time you gave me at the north end of Loch Ness. I know my parents appreciated it. Thanks.

Tour guide was very accommodating and we visited interesting places. His comments were good and he was very helpful. We had 8 adults so the van was too crowded. Viator should change how they rate van capacity.

The Highlight of our Cruise!

This was our favorite tour from a 15 day cruise. Johnnie, our tour guide, knew where to go on a very tight return time. He was very conscience of time to get us back to the ship. We saw everything we wanted to see with plenty of time in each place. This included Johnnie taking all the wonderful country roads to show us all the special Scottish history and highlights. He made the day very special and it was worth every pence. Thank you Johnnie

A Great Day in the Highlands

We had a wonderful tour of the Highlands with Roy, visiting Urquhart Castle on Loch Ness, Cawdor Castle, Clava Cairns, Beauly Priory, and more. Roy was very knowledgeable and personable and told us entertaining stories along the way. We covered a lot of territory and packed a lot into a very interesting day. We highly recommend taking a tour with Roy!

Loved seeing Cawdor Castle. Would have really liked some narrative and history. We were given a folder to read if we wanted to know anything about the areas we visited. Donald was nice just not informative. The trip was great of you can have a guide that will tell you things.

Scotland in a nutshell

I personally enjoyed the backroad drive to the countryside...Black Rock Gorge was enchanting. It was part of a scene of the Harry Potter movie. We also went to Lock Ness end and picked blackberries. Scotland is such a beautiful country. This tour covered a lot in such a short time. Our driver/guide was prompt and efficient, making sure we were safe and back in the ship on time.

My group can’t stop talking about our tour with. Mike. It was totally awesome. From the.time he picked us up until he delivered us back to the ship. His knowledge of the area and history was matched with his ability to share it it with us. He made us feel special and built a lasting relationship with each and everyone of us. The snacks he brought and shared with us was outstanding. He assured us that we saw what we wanted by offering choices. Of course he had it nailed to start with. Our Inverness visit was more than we had hoped for. Johnny, our guide, made sure the four of us had a great time, making side trips to suit our interests, and answering all of our questions. I am a nervous rider, but I always felt safe with Johnny driving. He also would tell us funny stories, as well as a lot of history in a way that was never boring. I highly recommend this tour.

Highlight of the trip!

Mike did a great job taking us everywhere we wanted to go and even some places we didn't know about! He was efficient and friendly, telling us about the different areas we drove through and even some extra care in some places to get us through faster. This was one of the highlights of our trip- we did this excursion on our own during a cruise. Pickup and drop off were timely and he made sure we were back on time.
