Vi hade en fantastisk tid att åka till Lion Park med vår guide, Sello och Mo'Afrika-turer. Det var en rolig halvdagstur från Johannesburg och vi kom på nära håll med massor av djur - - från lejon och geparder till en vänlig giraff vid namn Zoe som var nyfiken på vår lastbil och kom rakt fram till oss! Vi rekommenderar starkt detta till människor som bara är i stan för en dag eller två och kanske inte har tid för en verklig safari. Det är tillräckligt nära och du får fortfarande se vilda djur.

Stor turné och rimligt prissatt. Vår reseguide Ali hämtade oss i tid, han är vänlig och kunnig som en licensierad reseguide. Vi följde sedan med på själva rundturen i lejonparken, där du garanterat kommer att se vilda liv. Skulle rekommendera!

Detta var en fantastisk turné. Jag hade redan gjort 3 - 4 safariturer under de senaste två veckorna, men hade lite extra tid innan mitt flyg tillbaka till USA och bestämde mig för att boka denna turné. Jag visste att jag aldrig kunde få nog av att se fler djur. Tja, denna turné och djuren som de har överträffat våra förväntningar och jag var så glad att jag gjorde en annan upplevelse en gång i livet. Vi rekommenderade det sedan till en vän som hade mer tid innan vi gjorde för hennes avresa (så hon gjorde eftermiddagsturen) och hon sa också tillbaka om vilken fantastisk turné det var! Rekommenderas starkt! !

Hade en fantastisk tid i parken! Vår guide Thanang var så vänlig och kunnig om området! Han släppte oss för att ta ett av de öppna fordonen med en större grupp och en parkreseguide. Rundturen i parken var fantastisk och bekvämligheten med hämtning och avlämning av bokningsföretaget gjorde detta till en mer tillgänglig aktivitet från Johannesburg. Rekommenderar starkt att både gå till parken och just den här tjänsten för att göra det!

Excellent half day tour of Lion Park!

I had a terrific time on this half day tour from Johannesburg. Pick-up from my accommodation was punctual, and communicated the evening prior. The driver was extremely professional and friendly! After picking up other guests, we proceeded to drive the 1 hour to the Lion Park. Upon arrival, the guide secured the safari tickets and we were on our way! Our safari began at 9:30am and finished around 11:30am. It was fantastic! There are never any guarantees with wildlife, but the animals were all very active during our visit! I particularly loved seeing the different enclosures of lions, the giraffes, and the hyenas! I had a wonderful time at the Lion Park. The driver gave us a bit of free time at the Lion Park prior to driving back to Johannesburg with drop-off at our respective accommodation. The Lion Park is well equipped with two restaurants on site, little shops to buy cold drinks and snacks, and the opportunity to see other animals in their enclosures. There are clean modern toilets on site also, and other amenities such as a children’s playground, information centre and many souvenir shops! We arrived back in Johannesburg around 1:30pm as promised, and I was taken straight to the airport to catch my evening flight (the tour operator graciously agreed to do this instead of dropping me back off at my hotel nearby the airport, saving me time and the hassle). Hotel pick-up and drop-off were included in the cost of my tour, as were all entrance fees. Terrific operator and a fantastic half day tour! I really enjoyed it! Thank you very much - I had a very enjoyable day.

What an experience

This is the best safari park that we have ever been to. So many animals and so much space for them. We had the best guide - Dusty, she was so much fun and extremely knowledgeable. We were so lucky to have gone at feeding time which only happens every 5 days or so. We saw so many lions, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, wildebeest, impalas, spotted and striped hyenas and wild dogs. Feeding time with the lions was an absolute honour. A male lion lay right next to our van whilst eating- unbelievable.

Not a nice experience

The animals are fenced in and fed by the staff. Not at all natural. You ride in a cage, and it is very difficult take pictures. Go to Kruger or Chobe or the Serengheti if you want to see African animals. This place is just sad.

We had a great time overall, we did this in between flights because we had a really long layover at the airport. Much better way to spend the afternoon instead of being stuck in the airport all day.

Quick safari well worth every penny

I only had a couple of days in Johannesburg and really wanted to see some animals, especially giraffes. I was able to see giraffes, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and so much more in 2 hours! Our guide was hilarious and even let us get out to take pictures when it was safe. Highly recommend!

Once in a lifetime experience. I got to see the e big 5 predators in their natural elements. The guides were great in explaining how they function.
