Hello Karl. You made two separate reservations, and both times we were at the pick up point at the agreed time. The first time you requested a date change due to medical reasons. There is a free 24 hour cancellation policy, but your request was too late. Keep in mind that your spots are reserved, and as a result other guests are not able to book this. So this change was no longer possible. But we were there for your pick up.
The second time you did not request a change and you did not show up. Once again we were there. If you want us to post the messages we sent to your phone number to proof this, we will gladly do so.
So if you want to spin this around and blame it on us, that is on you. But as we said we have plenty of records to prove the opposite.
We even approved your second refund request (not the first one) as it happened two times in a row. So even that statement of yours is false! We had every right to decline this, but we were kind enough to approve the second one. And as a thank you for that you write this review.
It would suit you if you were kind enough to remove this, or at least tell the truth.
