Linbanan till toppen av Gentings högland. De bästa faciliteterna var mer för familjer så gillade inte det så mycket

Vi var mycket besvikna över denna turné. Först och främst var det meningen att vi skulle hämtas på vårt hotell. Dagen innan fick vi besked om att vi var tvungna att resa till ett annat hotell för att hämtas vilket kostade oss ytterligare 25 . 00 Malaysisk valuta. Sedan fick vi resa runt för att hämta andra på olika hotell. Väl framme vid linbanan kl. 11:00 åkte vi linbanan till toppen. Gick runt en stund och åkte linbanan ner igen. Kabelresan tog 30 minuter tur och retur. Nu vid 12:30 fick vi veta att vi var tvungna att vänta till 16:00 för att komma tillbaka. Föraren kunde inte tillgodose vårt schema. Vi är omedvetna om hur lång tid denna turné tog. Vi fick spendera ytterligare 50 . 00 malaysisk valuta för att hitta en taxi tar oss till vårt hotell. Detta var mycket stressande eftersom beskrivningen av denna turné var ganska vag.

Trevlig resa, fin utsikt över skogen, pagod, stor Buddhastaty, grottor och figurer relaterade till tron. Linbanan stannar vid grottan där du måste ta dig ut för att gå till pagoden och statyn. Efter avslutat besök tar du samma linbana, som tar dig till toppen. Det finns många restauranger där du kan bestämma i vilken av dem du vill äta din lunch och fika. När tiden kommer, tar du linbanan för att återvända till din förare

Vi hade en fantastisk upplevelse på linbanan upp till toppen av berget. Anläggningen där uppe var fantastisk, mycket högteknologi och massor av restauranger. Fantastisk utsikt från toppen, det enda det inte har mycket att göra för de som inte spelar. Turnén är 8 timmar om du inte spelar och spenderar tid i kasinot och du är i åldrande grupp inte tillräckligt med saker att göra för att bränna hela 8 timmar där.

En trevlig och minnesvärd resa

linbanan och besöken till gallerior var bäst. Det enda vi missade var att skytouren avbröts förmodligen på grund av dåligt väder. Men vi njöt av shopping i köpcentret och välsmakande måltid av god kvalitet. Föraren Aris Fadzilah bin Hashim var oerhört hjälpsam. Han är inte bara en mycket bra och säker förare utan också en mycket kunnig person. Han var till stor hjälp och gav all information om resan. Jag rekommenderar starkt att använda hans tjänster.

We take these matters seriously. After thoroughly investigating the incident, this was a SIC/Shared tour that combines with other guests, and the pickup time is from 8:30 AM – 09:00 AM for SIC Tour. Our driver was at the lobby by 08:45 AM and it happened due to 1 lady from another family saying why rushing and needs to be picked up so early and also wanted to finish the tour early by 1:30 PM, at last, she took the taxi and went back. This might be the reason the tour didn’t go smoothly. We will for sure address this matter with our driver so in future he will handle the situation more nicely. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We genuinely value your tour and hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust and provide you with a truly exceptional experience in the future. Thank you

Denna resa var helt överprissatt. Vi blev upphämtade av en chaufför, som släppte av oss vid linbanan utan någon annan information förutom att säga att han skulle hämta oss från denna tidpunkt klockan 16.00. Masker behövde bäras på linbanorna, vi var inte informerade om detta. Jag var tvungen att köa med de som köpte biljetter för att bara köpa dem. Hade jag blivit informerad skulle jag ha köpt maskerna innan. Chauffören skickade oss en begagnad biljett till skyworld. Min man fick vänta i 45 minuter på att någon i viator skulle utfärda en annan biljett åt honom. Jag skulle inte rekommendera att boka denna resa via viator. De utfärdade standardbiljetter som vem som helst kunde köpa själv. Vi kunde bara ha rest med taxi och köpt våra biljetter själva.

Vår förare var underbar. Vädret tillät dock inte äventyr utanför och nöjesparken inomhus fungerade inte förrän en timme innan avresan. Jag skulle rekommendera att inte åka på en söndag på grund av tät trafik tillbaka till kl.

Personalen på templen var så bra och priserna på butikerna var rimliga. Maten var utsökt och priserna var också rimliga. Reseföraren anpassade sin tid för att rymma alla resepassagerare. . Sammantaget är jag nöjd med resan.

Linbana, kasino och matställen. Det var ett mirakel att utveckla backen på ett så fantastiskt sätt. Kasinoregistrering är en obekväm process som borde göras mer respektabel. För närvarande timmar tillsammans blivande spelare måste stå timmar tillsammans utan att ens ha en pall under hans/hennes skinkor.

Terrible!! Rip off!! Lazy driver and waste of money

AVOID!!! Waste of money and more importantly your time. This wasn’t a tour. It was just a driver taking you from point A to B. What I paid $110 for, I could have done with only $40 myself by getting a Grab and paying for the gondolas myself. The worst part was the driver did not admit that he was wrong. None of the information that we needed ahead of time was given to us until we had already left the hotel and when he realized that he hadn’t, he refused to return to the hotel even though we were only 5 minutes out and there were no other people in our group. Driver seemed nice at first but he never admitted to his mistakes that ruined the day for us and once he realized that while calm and nice I was unhappy and there was no tip for him, he completely changed attitude and started ignoring us. Horrible company. Save your money and time. I highly advise aviator to drop this company from their list or their own reputation can get in jeopardy.

Time at destination a little too long unless you are a gambler or with kids who want to use the theme parks. Otherwise it's just a sprawling shopping mall which can be "done" in a couple of hours. Highlight is the Lebanese restaurant on level 2. Made the whole thing worthwhile. Nice views from cable car. Affordable for what it is.

We had a great time. Harry was a great guide. He knew many facts and information about Kuala Lumpur. He knew the history of all the sights he took us to. The views from the top of the cable car was amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to do something different in Kuala Lumpur.

Genting Highlands experience is incredible but ensure you receive correct Cable Car ticket from operator!

The purpose for the tour was unfortunately made complicated when the Tour operator was supposed to have the ticket for me to board the cable car and sent me the wrong ticket (was for another traveller, on a different day) but in the end the experience of Genting Highlands was mind-blowing. Once you get on the cable car, there is so much to see and do. Would recommend the experience to others!
