We are a bit confused about this review.
We want to acknowledge the last-minute change as your guide came down sick and when we asked to change over to another Tour, you ensured us that you wanted to make it work regardless of the various options we provided.
In addition, we comped half of your snorkeling ticket to further apologize. However all refunds, regardless of the business take 5-7 business days to process refunds so you will be seeing it if you haven’t already.
As for the tour itself, we cannot control the waves or swim test everyone that joins us so we apologize for the unknown variations of any tour
