We are very sorry for your bad experience. In the confirmations we do tell that we only plan the lessons the day before, and the morning time is just a usual timing, not confirmed. We need to do this to be able to provide the best conditions for every level, so the students can have the most fun. :) We cannot predict nature, unfortunately. The payment is an automatic message as well that just shows you how much your course is, as you booked through here, of course we know about your payment, we did not try to scam. I hope you enjoyed your holiday besides all the uncomfortable feeling.
