The driver was very helpful and got us to FCO ahead of time. He took only 45 minutes to get us to FCO saving us time. We made our flight. He was friendly, helpful, kind, and considerate to our needs. Thank you. Highly recommend.

I found Viator easy to book, contact and arrange. I would have loved to have guides that spoke better English and the ability to charge my phone but probably a little unreasonable to expect that.

The drive didn’t show up and I had a flight to catch with 4 children. The pickup at the airport was the same problem We waited one hour than had to take a taxi. I request a refund for both. The tour was amazing and the ride to the ship was great as well.

More than one hour late

Such a frustrating ride it was exactly what I was trying to avoid. The driver got in one hour after our set up time. I was one hour before time so the first hour my bad I was early, but to be one hour late for this price is crazy. I was texting that morning & I truly think the person I was texting with just sent a driver after my texts. Even though I got a confirmation the night before assuring me that the driver will be there for me. We totally over paid for a service that was definitely not worth the price. Once the driver arrived he was very professional & very knowledgeable of the city on how to get shortcuts. I truly believe it was not his fault & we tip him & thank him.

False advertisement

This was supposed to be a luxury limousine ride for the 3 of us to the airport. Instead this shuttle van showed up 35 minutes late and stopped to pick up 4 more people before it took us to the airport! While we were waiting I tried to call the business several times but the employee kept yelling at me and hanging up!

The driver was super accommodating and picked us up from the cruise ship earlier than the scheduled time and then promptly and safely delivered us to the airport.
