We had so much fun pasta making. The two guys running it (sorry, forgotten names) were so informative, welcoming and friendly. Everything was so clean and they created such a relaxed atmosphere. Was really nice to sit and chat with the other participants eating the food we had made and drinking wine.

This was an exceptional experience. The hosts were lovely and explained everything really well. The atmosphere was laid back and the group setting worked well. More than enough to eat and doggy bags to take away the surplus. Plenty of wine! My husband thoroughly enjoyed it and he never cooks. This was the last day of our holiday and it was the perfect way to end it. I could not recommend this enough.

Had such a great time at this class. Learnt how to make lots of different pasta shapes and with different flours. Got to near classic Italian techniques and had fun doing it! Would really recommend.

It was such a fun social experience, the instructors were so helpful and friendly and we got to meet some other great people who came to take the class. Food and wine was delicious and felt amazing knowing we did it ourselves.

What an incredible experience! Highly recommend doing this, and can't wait to use our new culinary skills to make spaghetti and oreschiette for friends and family. We have greatly enjoyed our pasta class in Lasize. The place itself is very clean and spacious. Our guides were very kind and helpful and we indeed learned how to make the pasta the Italian way. And finally, the pasta was delicious! I highly recommend this class!

Fantastic! We had a great group of people from six different countries and were made to feel welcome and at ease as soon as we walked in. Ivan, Mirco and Solene made an already fun activity into something unforgettable! Their energy, enthusiasm, passion and patience were brilliant and they encouraged and guided us through every step. Our kids (aged 11 and 13) were fully included and thoroughly enjoyed themselves too. The pasta itself was fun to make and really tasty...I don't want to buy supermarket pasta ever again!! We loved the local vino too...much appreciated!! Grazie mille guys!!

Cooking class was great. Excellent teacher and great facility and good location. Warm and cozy atmosphere to learn the real art of homemade pasta with some wine pairing! I really enjoyed the class and highly recommend it.

A stunning workshop where you learn to make ravioli and gnocchi and eat them at the end. We were a couple with 4 teenagers (12-18) and everyone had a great time. Everything is organized, clean and comfortable. warmly recommended.

Excellent experience! Instructors were wonderful, making sure everyone was comfortable and providing assistance when needed. At the end, they made themselves available to answer questions and to chat and take pictures with the guests. I fully recommend this class.

We had such a lovely time with our family, friends, and the two brothers of the cooking school learning to make traditional Italian pasta. Very friendly and welcoming. The brothers included everyone in the group and were very encouraging. It was not only informative but great fun. Great sense of achievement when we produced two plates of not just edible but very tasty pasta. They sent photos of us later that evening with a very lovely message. Can't recommend highly enough.
