Besviken på att flyga tillbaka från Vegas - vi hade ytterligare personer att ta med till flygplatsen - SUV:n var av samma storlek som den som hämtade oss när vi anlände till Vegas. Jag fick höra av ett antal representanter att bilen som skulle ta oss tillbaka till flygplatsen inte var tillräckligt stor för 5 personer att vi kommer att behöva en extra bil. När Saturady kom för att föras till flygplatsen var det samma SUV som till en början hämtade oss PLUS en Tesla som vi inte ens behövde. Väldigt besviken. . . .

Min tur dök aldrig upp vilket gjorde att jag nästan missade mitt plan. När jag ringde för att se var föraren var berättade de för mig när ändringen gjordes för min hämtningstid misslyckades operatören/agenten att ändra datumet. Trots att de bekräftade datumet när jag ringde 4 timmar innan jag skulle hämta. Mitt problem var inte med Viator utan bilserman

Vår förare var fantastisk. Han ringde och berättade att han var på väg och angav en beräknad ankomsttid. När han träffade honom presenterade han sig. Han placerade vårt bagage i bagageutrymmet. Limousinen var immaculate inifrån och ut. Det inkluderade flaskor med vatten i is, champagneglas och andra dryckesglas. När vi nådde flygplatsen tog han bort vårt bagage och sa att jag hoppas att du gillade din vistelse. Han var professionell, personlig och artig.

Först skickade du fel bil för att hämta oss det skulle vara en sedan men du skickade en suv när jag beställde en sedan och när jag gjorde bokningen sa du att det skulle vara Carmel limousine men det var jord och vid vår ankomst var tvungen att gå väldigt långt för bilen jag tror att jag borde ha lite återbetalning

I booked departure...

I booked departure transportation after friend suggested using this site for car service as she has done before. I called and gave specific instructions on pickup time, and ensured I would be picked up at specified time. In addition to giving my flight information I once again confirmed I would be picked up at time I specified in order to make it to airport for scheduled flight and once again representative did confirm this. However, the next morning I spoke to car service that was intended to provide transportation, and the pick up time they given was flight departure time! They informed me there was no way they would be able to pick me up for actual pick up time That was specified during booking, which at this point of call was in 20 min.! I was outraged at the fact I was given multiple verbal confirmation and emailed booking confirmation only to pay for a service that wasn’t going to happen last minute! This was for a flight that I could not be late for or miss!
