Jean var en fantastisk värd - så kunnig, intressant och omtänksam. Turnén var perfekt om du vill utforska historien om denna underbara stad och dess byggnad. Jag gillade särskilt att vi gick utanför turistvägarna och Jean kunde tolka arkitektoniska punkter som du skulle gå förbi och aldrig märka. Det väckte verkligen historien till liv. Jag kunde aldrig ha uppnått dessa insikter ensamma så väl värt pengarna.

Härliga Liverpool. Lysande och informativ rundtur

Turnén startade i tid. Rob, vår guide var lysande. Vi lärde oss så mycket om Liverpool och han gav oss mer än värt våra pengar och tog oss till ett par platser som egentligen inte var en del av turnén och därför förmodligen skulle ha missat om vi vandrade runt själva. We had an amazing 3 hour walk in a small group of 5. Paul was very knowledgable and proud of his city. He answered all our questions and even gave us recommendations for our time in Liverpool as well as the best bands to see at the Cavern. We took his advice and had a great time.

A splendid guide tour

Our tour guide Allan was a great guide. Allan gave us excellent description and knowledge of the city together with sense of humour and smile. He paid good attention to me and my wife as she is now studying English. Allan explained the trigger of the prosperous development of the town through construction of the port docks and stories about founders of trade business among continents at the bigining of the walk. That helped us to grab a whole view of the tour. During the tour we felt the pride of the town through the long history and culture. The town of newly refurbished buildings is quite full of attractive stories in it. Beatles gave us another stimulus to our interest in the town. Our family would like to spend more time in Liverpool which is now making progress as a home for art and tourism. Great thanks to Allan again.

Liverpool is a large city so I can say Rob our guide did a great job at showing us as many sites as we could fit into our walking tour. Very interesting historical information was provided. I Would not recommend this tour for people with mobility difficulties due to some hills and some stairs that one needs to climb.

Best tour I’ve been on

Rob was so knowledgeable, engaging and so funny. Clearly very passionate about Liverpool and really brought it to live. Went with my elderly pace and he was kind enough to adapt the pace with a good amount of pitstops for toilets and water. Would recommend.
