Great intro into the Seychelles

We had a terrific tour with Sheena around the island. She has an evident passion for travel tourism and showing visitors the beautiful island. The various stops were varied and interesting and we had a terrific day.
I would highly recommend Kevin as your guide

Kevin was a wonderful guide and full of knowledge. I use a walker and he was very attentive and helpful. He made our visit WONDERFUL!!

This was a very enjoyable tour. Sheena was a very knowledgable guide and was able to tailor the tour to our tastes and abilities. I would definitely recommend this as a great way of getting to see and know Mahe.

None the car didn’t show up. After half hour we reached a lady by phone. She admitted she had forgotten us. She said she could be there in 1 hour. We said ok. Then she said she had lost her car keys and would be longer. We asked for a refund!!

We had a wonderful day with Kevin showing us the beautiful Mahe island and answering to our questions about local life. He picked us up very conveniently at our hotel .We visited different parts of island,picturesque beaches ,beautiful photostops,,waterfall in tropical forest,tea house where you can buy local black tea .local Takamaka rum destillery.with rum tasting .Good idea to buy your presents there.And of course capital Victoria and Eden island.IThank you Kevin !

I had an awesome customized private tour with Kevin. He was extremely knowledgeable about the island and it's history. In addition he was very professional and courteous. He expertly navigated the roads (even in spurts of torrential downpours) and knew a few hidden gems to share including sights, restaurants and general tips. I am glad I booked this tour and highly recommend others do the same. It gave me an opportunity to see a majority of the island as well as gain perspective (and a sense of direction!).

We had an absolutely delightful experience as Kevin and Keeto showed us the beauty and variety that is Mahe Island. They were both open to answering all our questions and made sure we were safe and comfortable at all times. We enjoyed taking photos of the bay from Mont Josephine. The drive around the southern part of the Island to Takamaka Beach was interesting and my husband enjoyed a short swim when we got there. Sheena was a great host. We were on Silhouette for most of our trip and only had one day to properly explore Mahé. Sheena took us around the whole island and gave us amazing background information on the areas we passed. We got to see the spectacular courthouse and explore the market and the spice garden. We also did a tasting at the rum distillery and had a chance to see where they make perfume out of the coco de mer. It was the perfect end to our honeymoon.

The Mahé island tour was just average. I was a bit disappointed because I sent the itinerary of the things I’d like to see well in advance and on the day of the tour I was rushed and told that some things I would not be able to see, because Kevin’s schedule was booked and he did not have enough time. He even tried to rush me pass the market and temple until I had to ask to go back and be able to enjoy it. No time at beaches to swim…just take quick pictures. I wasn’t even offered to stop for lunch. With a pick up at 9am I was extremely hungry by 1:30pm, so I just ordered a chicken sandwich from the rum distillery food area. For the amount of money paid and the reviews I read, I expected more and to not be rushed. I wouldn’t recommend this trip to my family or friends, because of the inconsistency.

Im really sorry, that the tour wasent like you wished. After 5,5 hours wasent any more time to fulfill all wishes, why we are also describe, that we cant show all itineraries we are showing before booking. Sorry again!

I travelled solo to Seychelles for a long weekend trip. I booked this tour so that I could explore as much as the island as possible in such a short space of time. Kevin collected me on time and was an excellent guide. His knowledge of the island is unmatched. He took me to some beautiful spots that if you didn't know to look for, you would never find on your own. He helped me take some beautiful photos too. We visited the top of the island, refilled our water from fresh mountain springs, the tea plantation, hindu temple, Victoria market, the spice garden and the Takamaka rum distillery. As we were driving, he explained what all the different buildings were and their history and told me about the culture on the island. He was excellent and I cannot recommend him enough.

Kevin, the guide, knew the island well. Treated us great and was very informative. But we booked for 4 people, and was picked up in a sub-compact car. We were squeezed in and very uncomfortable for the entire 6 hours. Would not book with Viator again under these conditions. Was at least expecting a small van for the money paid.

Our guide Sheena was great! Knowledgeable, kind, well planned and drove us well in the island roads... Beach bau vallo is great, as well as Takamaka beach, Viktoria is an important place to visit

We had the most amazing first day on Mahe with Kevin. He went above and beyond to make sure we managed to see all the sights on our list. He was incredibly knowledgable of the island and made sure to show us all the main sights. He even treated us to some black pudding from a local butchers. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone staying on Mahe!
Amazing private tour of the Seychelles

Our tour guide Kevin was fantastic, very engaging and incredibly knowledgeable about the Seychelles. We didn’t have the clearest day so thankfully Kevin was flexible and we altered our itinerary slightly. He picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel and we travelled virtually the entire island, stopping at beautiful beaches along the way. I’d also very highly recommend the Takamaka distillery! Thanks to Kevin & Sheena (who organised the tour & was very helpful over WhatsApp)!

We really enjoyed our day. We made a list of what we wanted for the day. This was strictly our island sightseeing day. Our list included the waterfall, granite rocks, city of Victoria including the market, the mission lodge, botanical garden, and rum distillery. Plus lunch at the historic Marie Antoinette's for a real creole island meal. (Note the "buffet" meal for 2 could feed 3 or 4and remember to visit the giant turtles in back). Sheena took us to each place, was friendly and very informative in answering our questions in between each stop. She brought us to each location but did not stay with us at most, instead gave us time to explore at our own pace, while she waited by the car.
