We had an awesome day with our guide who shared a wealth of knowledge about the flora and fauna waters and people of this beautiful area.walking through the jungle watching and listening for wildlife standing under majestic waterfalls are moments we will treasure forever.Only sad we didn’t have more time as Presidente Figueredo and surrounds has much more beauty to see and experience My daughter and I would like to thank all who made our visit so memorable

Beautiful waterfalls, Difficult Walk

The waterfalls were beautiful but we were told that this was good for families and that it was a “light to moderate” activity. It wasn’t as described. It was very strenuous and difficult. Many very steep and slippery inclines and drops. We had much better experiences on different tours for the same price as this one.

As the tour name says is a jungle walking and caves exploration, this tour is destinated for those who love jungle walkings and nature activities, the tour can be for families as well another factor that contributes to be harder, we are the in rainy season, so the path will be wet all the time. Next time you better read the tour description before booking and also ask the tour agency if the tour fits for a no activity person. Best regards Amazon Destinations

Rudolpho is a very friendly and knowledgable guide with EXCELLENT English language skills. I was asking heaps of questions all day, and he was more than happy to provide the information and then keep conversations going too. The natural wonders we saw in the jungle - the caves and waterfalls - are absolutely spectacular, and the walks to reach them not too tricky at all. After bathing in the sweet, cool water at Iracema, I was left feeling all blissed out on the smooth drive back into Manaus. Great Tour!

Good spots but poor organization

Overall, it is a very nice tour - the waterfalls and the short walks through the jungle are very nice and recommended! However, unfortunately the organization did not work out so well for us. Except of the promised max. 20 people we were almost 30 which made everything too crowded - the bus was densly packed (airconditioning not working most of the time), you could almost not take any pictures because there were always people in the way and the restaurant seemed to measure lunch only for half of the people we were. We were the first to be picked up from the hotel and it took us 2 hours to get every guest on board before even leaving Manaus. Instead of 5 pm we returned approx. 8:30 pm. Would recommend the tour with less people!

Alina. Sorry for that but this is a group tour, we never mentioned the tour will be just for 20 people, we collect people from other tour agencies as well. The van has the a/c working very well, probably you pick a bad seat and you felt worm all the time, the pick up time was advised to you and you have to considering this is a vacation period. Next time I recommend you to hire a private tour.

Con’s Failed to be collected - Uber was subsequently sent to collect us from the hotel Air conditioning in van was as useful as a water balloon in a forest fire Van was so rickety it was about to shake itself to pieces Lunch was average, and accompanied by beggars and stray dogs Tour was in Portuguese with English thrown in - I.e 15 minutes of Portuguese explanation, including safety information and 30 seconds of English - luckily somebody also attempting the tour translated for us Ran well over estimated time - closer to 11 hours not 8 Long drive - was at least 4 hours of driving Pro’s Amazing experience trekking through the Amazon

Sorry for this bad experience, I can tell you group tours normally are more complicated to meet the passengers, specially if they are located in different parts of the city, to avoid cases like this you better do private tours where you will have more flexibility and privacy in your tours. A experiência na selva Amazonica é incrível e as cachoeiras são lindas porém nos pegaram no hotel as 07:15h e fomos sair de Manaus após as 10h, claramente eles decidiram esperar para levar o pessoal das 09:30h, já que havia duas opções de horários do passeio. Isso para nós foi um descaso com quem comprou cedo pois perdemos muito tempo dentro da van, enquanto podíamos estar conhecendo outros pontos de Manaus.
