Den anläggningen imponerade inte, allt för ålderdomlig och inte uppdaterad under de 30 år som gått sedan den byggdes. Själv bor jag i Göteborg med familj , barnen tjatade om att de ville åka hem, och jag jämför med Liseberg, där anläggningarna har mycket högre kvalitet, och ger en mycket högre upplevelse. Aldrig med Disneyland.

Terrible experience, never book it

Terrible experience. This transportation company wasted 2 hours of our time. They ask us to be on time or at least half an hour early but they don’t follow it. Everyone in our group was frustrated while going back. Everyone wanted spend more time at the Disneyland but was scared to miss the bus and reported on time at the parking. But everyone of us had to stand there for almost 2 hours after such tiring day. Very very disappointed:

Just a transport

This tour just gives you a transport, a ticket in the hand and nothing more. We could book tickets on line and take a bus or metro, much faster, cheaper and less walk. And you can return when you like. I don't recommend this tour.

Relaxation while traveling to Disney

Traveled to Disney without having to deal with transportation worries. It was fairly easy finding the meet up destination and we left at a good time. Disneyland itself was wonderful and it was a great day for lots of walking and waiting in line. I would say to make sure you are paying attention to the time you are supposed to meet the bus to go back. We left to meet the bus 15 minutes before 7pm but it was too late. Give yourself time to locate where the buses are parked and foot traffic.

Check-in and ticket process was easy and smooth. Had a nice air-conditioned double decker bus to Disneyland Paris. We decided to stay late to watch the fireworks show and took train back to Paris.

Extemely dissapointed. Did not get Disney services at the counter. Matter of fact Disney staff claimed that its a Fake ticket and no booking has been reflected. Tried calling PARIS VISION office your supplier but no one picked up the call. WE had to buy new tickets from the Disney counter and paid high price. Filing a claim against Viator. I am very active social media person and will share negative feed back. Some one needs to take up this issue right away and refudn the money we paid to you.

DO NOT BOOK. While the bus was clean and it is a easy way to get tickets, what is never told to you until you board the bus that morning is that you will be leaving 4hrs before the park closes in the summer. Meaning if you want to enjoy the fireworks and get the full experience you will now have to also pay for a metro ticket back to the city. We complained about this and still have yet to hear back from the company or Viator on a resolution. Horrible customer service. It’s a tourist scam. Save you money and just take the metro to and from the city of Paris and purchase the tickets through Disney. Way cheaper, super easy as it literally drops you off at the doorstep of Disney, and you get to enjoy the full experience of the park. Hope this saves a few people from making the same mistake I did.

No response or follow up from the tour operator. Poorly organized, left 30 minutes later than advertised and return times were VERY unclear. Poor service and overpriced. Book your tickets directly through Disney and arrange for private transportation and save yourself the hassle of this experience.

time schedule in the morning Before 08:50 check the QR code and change printed ticket (undated) 08:50~09:00 take the bus 09:00~09:20 tour guides announce some information to the passengers and leave (they do not go with) I can get tickets to the Disney before 1 day by Viator. It was very very fortunate. And Disneyland was perfect.

The description of the experience indicated that we would be “Guaranteed to skip the lines”. There was absolutely no skipping of any lines, we had to wait in all of them, and they were very long. (It’s to be expected, which is why we were excited about this experience guaranteeing that we would skip them.) Also, the tour operator just dropped us off at the entrance to the park with our tickets. No information was provided about where or when to meet the bus for our return ride. We contacted the tour operator and received the information we needed to meet the bus for pickup, and the bus was a half hour late picking us up. The tour operator was convincing and seemed sincere in explaining that our tour price did not include the premiere access/“guaranteed to skip the line” that we thought we were paying for, so I suspect that the error was on the part of Viator. We’ll just book directly with the actual tour operators in the future, though probably not with this one.

Don’t Expect Pretty Disneyland Paris Coach!

Started out with a bit of confusion as tour guide & coach were not at designated meeting point at designated pickup time, i. e. across Bercy Village on the Place de Vins de France. Other tourists were waiting too, until a tourist saw a non-descript plain white bus on the opposite side of the place. We were looking for the pretty purple bus with Disneyland Paris as shown in the add. Guide wasn’t holding up a tour sign either. However, the guide assisted in purchasing Disneyland París Parcs tickets as we were unable to do so online from home. Note: parcs tickets have to be pre-bought, one can not buy tickets at entrance. Coach also made a stop at outlet shops as we were expecting a direct non-stop trip. Although the Pickup time of 18:45 was communicated, coach did not arrive until 19:25 which concern several of tourists waiting. In our opinion, it is best to find an alternate method of transportation with less issues. Awarded 3 stars because of help procuring tickets at the last minute, otherwise would have been 2 stars.

Terrible 😭. Very disappointed,Me and my family were at the Disney gate to get in and we weren't able because I was trying to scan the QR code. We were send to this building and the man in charge told us on the confirmation it was something about meeting this guy in Paris to get my tickets. What kind of business y'all run? I just lost $ 650. What are my options to get my money back?
