En underbar tur!

Detta var en mycket underbar utflykt. Den lilla gruppen gjorde resan mycket personlig och vår guide, Oleg, var underbar. Han gav fantastiska insikter när vi turnerade Como, sjön och sedan upp till Lugano. Han var väldigt engagerande och gjorde utflykten så mycket roligare. Det fanns gott om ledig tid för oss att utforska städerna som gjorde detta annorlunda än en stor grupptur. Jag kunde inte tala mer om denna turné.

Resan var välplanerad och allt gjordes i rätt tid. Tour guide Alessandro var riktigt bra. Han var mycket entusiastisk och hjälpsam. Det enda jag skulle ha älskat mer var om de hade tagit med Bellagio också i denna resa.

Vilken underbar dag med så många platser att besöka! Alessandro gjorde ett fantastiskt jobb med att hålla oss väl informerade, organiserade och i tid för alla tåg- och båttransporter. Med tanke på turnéns storlek lärde vi känna alla i gruppen - och boy vilken rolig grupp!

Min familj och jag ville utforska Comosjön och detta var överlägset det bästa möjliga sättet att göra det. Vår guide Oleg var exceptionell! Han var mycket vänlig och han hade en extremt omfattande kunskap om sjön, de vackra villorna och städerna vi besökte. Jag var särskilt glad över att se Villa Balbianello för att uppfylla mina barndoms star wars-drömmar och Oleg såg till att mina förväntningar överträffades. Han gav oss alla insidertips om var man kan handla och var man kan äta lunch som var perfekt. Han tog oss till alla bra ställen för att ta bilder och få ut det bästa av Comosjön. Turnén var extremt välorganiserad och flexibel för att passa alla. Min familj och jag skulle definitivt rekommendera denna upplevelse. Allt, det var en fantastisk dag ute, allt tack vare Oleg! !

Vår guide Oleg är en superhjälte! Han är en problemlösare, en superunderbar guide överlag. Han är mycket kunnig om områdets historia. När jag snubblade och ramlade, och min telefon flög ut min hand och in i sjön, klättrade han bokstavligen på väggar för att fiska upp min telefon ur vattnet. Han hittade ett apotek i närheten så att jag kunde lägga lite första hjälpen-medicin på mitt blåslagna knä. Han lät mig till och med använda sin telefon någon gång för att ta bilder när min telefonkamera inte fungerade ordentligt efter hösten. Han skickade information till mig om vart jag kunde gå och fixa min telefon i stan. Han är en fantastisk guide! Han gjorde allt detta med tålamod, balans och nåd. Jag rekommenderar verkligen att du gör denna resa med honom. Du kommer att njuta av varje minut! ! Tack igen för allt :)

Exploring Como

Oleg was great, he got to know the small group personally and was happy to accommodate and flexible for each individuals’ needs. Tour was great, from boat tour to Como and Lugano to chocolate tasting, amazing experience! Also, Oleg was very knowledgeable, I really learned a lot! 10/10

A delightful trip with a superb guide

This was a marvelous full day trip where you can get a taste of life in Como or one of the small villages alongside the lake. You get a short time to walk around Como and after, to me, the highlight of the trip was the boat ride around a small portion of the lake. You begin dreaming of living in one of the villages. Before lunch back in Como, our group rode the funicular to the top of the mountain overlooking the city. The afternoon was a short train ride to Lucarno, Switzerland for an hour of walking around. Our guide Simone, was absolutely great, explaining a lot of culture, history, and geography to us throughout the day. She classifies in my view as a super-guide, really committed to making sure our small group had a great day. She was so informative and fun to be with. If you want to get a sense of life on one of the three great Italian lakes, this day trip is worth the expense.

The excursion was just perfect for a day to see Lake Como and Lugano. Our guide was very pleasant and provided an appropriate amount of commentary during the day. A fair amount of free time to explore the cities was a nice benefit.

We have been on several tours that travelled to multiple stops in one day and this was the best one yet. We never felt rushed and we had plenty of free time to explore each stop. Oleg was very knowledgable and gave us great tips on what to do, see and eat on our free time. Both Como and Lugano were beautiful. We enjoyed this tour vey much. Fantastic Day Tour

The is a fantastic tour. Stefano, our tour guide, was brilliant. Very engaging and had the right amount of information, history and suggestions for free time in both locations. Both locations are beautiful places to visit. You won’t regret going on this tour. Importantly it is a small group tour which is a lot better than going with large groups on a coach. The reliance on the train system makes for an easy trip

Great day trip to get away from the business of Milan.

This trip was fantastic from start to finish. Stefano was a great guide. He ushered our family the entire trip, was energetic and enthusiastic about the places we were visiting. Stefano took the time to explain the rich history of all of the sites we were visiting, walked us through the streets to see hidden sights off the beaten path and recommended his favorite restaurants and sights to see during our free time. We never felt rushed for time or bored. Getting to go to Switzerland was a nice cap on an already great tour. The memories we made and the experiences we had along the way are things that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. I really don't have any complaints about the trip. Everything was very well organized and planed out. There were no hiccups or issues along the way. Be aware that you will need to have your passport for this trip. While I personally didn't get checked, there were others in our group that got stopped and were asked to provide their passport. There is a 30 Euro per person charge for the train ride, and it is very clearly stated in the tour description, so be prepared with cash for that. The train from Como back to Milan is long, so try to grab a seat as quick as you can. Stefano helped us grab seats for our family. Overall a very great tour. The tour operator was great and Stefano was wonderful. Would highly recommend this tour if you want to get out of Milan and visit some of the surrounding country. You'll have a great time.

Incredible day out

Oleg was an incredible guid and gave lots of great information through headset. The tour uses public transport as opposed to coaches which makes getting to places a lot quicker (just don’t go to the bathroom on the train). Oleg kindly arranged for a day with better weather as it was raining I g heavily on the day I had booked. It still rained on the day but we made the best of this and Oleg quickly arranged for us to skip walking bits and use public transport to get to the next place so we made the most of the dry parts of the day. Lake Lugano is beautiful! You have to get a hot chocolate that is mad of the same chocolate as the tasting on this tour. Defo book this!

Hey from Oleg! Thanks for pointing out the good stuff about our tour. We take the express train for travel, so by the end of the day, you'll only spend 2 hours and 40 minutes on the train (way less than the 4 to 5 hours on a bus for a Lake Como tour). Less time traveling, more time to explore! 👍

My husband and I really enjoyed this tour, it all was wonderful. Our tour guide, Alessandro was terrific, funny, helpful and so knowledgeable about the areas we went to, including a wonderful recommendation for lunch where I had the best spaghetti and clams in my life!! Loved taking the train around to the different areas. Would highly recommend!

Our guide Alessandro is a knowledgeable professional guide. He introduced a lot of interesting stories and the history of Como and Lugano to us. The trip was wonderful. I love the cruise on the Como Lake. The peaceful and beautiful view deeply attracted me. Everyone on the trip was so nice. We had plenty of free time to go city walking and shopping. I love the chocolate shop which Alessandro showed us. If you want to have some fun in Como. The trip worth it!
