    The tour was interesting, we had a lot of fun. Stephane is really knowledgeable and friendly. We were the only non-French speaking people in the group of around 30 and he explained everything in English just for us.

    Nice walk in the bay. Stephane commented in English which was very appreciated. The quicksands were especially fun and le Mont-Saint-Michel is best experienced from the bay. Would recommend

    Stephane was an excellent tour guide! Very much appreciated the excellent English translations! Unique and fun tour with amazing views. Went with my 10 year old son who also loved it. 3 hours went by in a flash!

    Stephane GUENO was our guide. He was great communicator and fun. we were the only people who needed english rest of the group could do french. He took time to narrate the stories to us in english at its best. Lovely experience and fun. I recommend to people who are cooperative and can do open mind. This is a nature and all the people are hard at work to conserve it so support them, learn and have fun. Negative people who feel your feet can not do dirt or mud stay out of it.

    Thank you so much for your review. It's clear the view of Mont Saint Michel by the bay is another world and you have to be ready to walk bare foot like the pilgrims of middle age... across rivers, the quicksands untill the desert island of Tombelaine in the middle of the bay.

    We walked to Tombelaine and back. Perfect weather, manageable for everyone (kids, our old dog, etc.). Stephane was very nice and knowledgeable. Tour is in French and English 👍.

    The guide was nice enough to translate everything he said to english! It was a really fun tour. Be ware that the time of the tour depends on the tide. My tour started at 17hs, but your tour could start at a widely different time, so plan accordingly. Be sure to bring a towel to clean your feet and check the weather for appropriate cloths (it tends to be colder and windier in the bay) Overall a great experience I would recommend to everyone.

    Nothing to report about tour.. I had to decline participation. There was a complete misunderstanding about this prepaid tour. I was expecting a walking tour of abbey. Not interested in walking tour of the sand flats. would respectfully request a refund or credit towards another tour in future.

Next time read the description of the tour before to book and it was clarly written it was a walking tour 'cross the bay to Tombelaine Island and admire panoramic views over Mont-Saint-Michel from different angles.." and if you wanted a have a refund better to ask before to give a bad review.. it was your mistake not mine so accept it...

    The weather was very bad, it was raining long time and we were totally wet. We could not leave the group earlier. The walking tour was to long with this weather condition. The guide didn't translate all information in English, he spoke mostly French.

    To tell the truth, it was raining the last 15 minutes of the walking tour, It's your responsability to have a good coat according to the weather... The tour is in french and some comments in english and i have seen your understand the French language...isn't it?

    We walked for about 3 hours but it felt so much shorter! The guide was really nice and translated everything into English for ua. We did a lot of cool stuff like walkinh through a river and learning about handling quick sand. We had a really good time!

    The walk and the sights were amazing. The experience was amazing and memorable. My only complaint is ourgroip was 8 US and about 12 French. Our tour guide spoke very good English but for the whole tour he talked in French and would only give us tid bits in English.

    Due to traffic I wasn't able to make it to Mont St Michel on time for this adventure. It was a cold, rainy, blustery day so it was probably just as well : Next time I'll plan travel time better.

    Best tour ever! We walked from Mont St. Michel to Tombelaine. Be ready to keep up as the guide sets a good pace! Beautiful views of all sides of MSM and a real insight into the experience of years of pilgrimages. We walked on dry sand, wet sand, in deep mud, forded through rivers and got to experience quicksand. As this trip was just 3 hours, it was long enough to be fun, but short enough that it wasn't too exhausting. Our guide, Stephane, was very good and spent time to make sure I understood as I was the only English speaker in the group.

    Dépaysement assuré et balade authentique autour du mont St Michel 👍👏👏 Un guide tre sumpa et à l'écoute pour une découverte de la baie..peut-être un peu long mais ya de la distance à parcourir pour aller jusqu'à Tombelaine..3 km

    Per vivere Mont Saint-Michel appieno è un'esperienza imperdibile. Ti permette di lasciare l'isola "troppo" turistica e goderti fino in fondo la natura circostante. I miei figli si ricorderanno Mont Saint Michel per molto tempo grazie a questa esperienza.
